I am Tiffany Wampler! I'm 20 years old, and a full time college student. I have always had a dream to care for/treat patients. I have worked in the nursing field since I was old enough to have a job. I work 2 years in the nursing home and decided to go to home health when I moved for college. I enjoy being the patients person, when they are felling down and out I want to be the one to give them a reason to smile. I am most proud of my personal skills, I have never met a stranger and have been described as selfless and genuine.

Being a caregiver is all I've ever known! I have a special needs son that is now 17 and thriving as best he can and my father was hit by a drunk driver that severed his spinal cord leaving him without the use of his legs. Being a caregiver is something that I feel God choose me for. It's my gift!

With over three decades of experience as a dedicated Respiratory Therapist, I have developed a deep understanding of patient care, especially for both pediatric and adult patients in hospital settings. The process of choosing a caregiver is somewhat challenging, so here is some, about me : Getting to work with families has become a joy for me - My father was ill and I helped him in the last weeks of his life and found fulfillment in helping him when He couldn't help himself. I enjoy doing daily duties or things for others they can't do for themselves - I am willing to work with schedules , let's meet and see if it's a fit for us both. Thank you

I'm a great caregiver because I been caregiving most of my life since I was 18 years old, I am a fun loving/kind person to anyone in need of help, I understand and emphasize with people in need that can not do for themselves. I love people. I'm a great listener& a great cook and a great hose keeper. Being a caregiver is something I enjoy I do my best with love and kindness for people to give them hope. I enjoy caregiving because I learn new things every day to meet peoples needs and understanding them so they can be happy in life. Listening is key for me. My personal achievements are taking care of my mom and aunt when therms desperately needed me, they both are in wheelchairs and trough the years I helped both maintain a healthy fun lifestyle, also I am a mother of 4 children I am so proud to have raised them all. My other achievements is I am firm believer of Jesus Christ and I look to him daily to be a better and good person everyday, with a strong faith. Am honest& dependable,have experience. Have worked@ two retirement homes,over 9 years experience,also have been a private caregiver. Have always loved working with elderly,grew up without grandparents, see them as my own. It's so easy to fall in love with them. Most what I enjoy being a caregiver is just being able to help residents &giving back, they are someones parents, grandparents. Really enjoy their stories &their reactions when I show to work everyday. My personal achievement am proud of being a good,honest,loving caregiver. Just being there for the elderly who are dependent on me. It's rewarding job.

What makes me a great caregiver is my passion to assist and help those that who can't or need assistance with helping themselves, especially the elderly and disabled. My first job as a caregiver was over 20yrs ago when I made the decision to leave school in the middle of training for a medical assistant and take care of my grandmother cause I didn't want to see her go into a nursing facility and little did I know, 6months later, my aunt which was my mother's sister would follow! At that moment I knew this was something I not only enjoyed doing but had a passion for. If I could be there to help & assist as many as I can in their own home so that they want have to go into a nursing or assisted living facility then I feel my purpose here on earth has been achieved. As we know their are some without family members or family members who just can't take care of themselves because of various reasons that don't have a choice but to place their love ones in a facility, so I especially want to be there to help them and give them companionship cause those are the ones who tend to lose hope fast because they don't see their love ones as often and give up on life a lot faster. Not only my clients, co-workers but my family say I always go above and beyond for my clients but that's because I don't look at them as my client, I look at them as my grandmother, grandfather, mom, dad, brother or sister.

I am trustworthy, dependable, honest, caring, loving and most of all patient. I have been a caregiver for almost 15 years, I have worked with many clients over the years and I would have to say I still learn something new with each and every new client is why I do this. I enjoy getting to know the clients and seeing the happiness on their faces when the goals and achievements are met that they made. A personal achievement I made would be graduating college with my associates degree and maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
