I've worked as a HHA (home health aide) and RA (facility living). I've very trust worthy when it comes to showing up on time and on short notice. I love talking to my residents about their past lives to really get to know them and what they love. A few things about me and my role as a caregiver are that I'm friendly, kind, compassionate, understanding, and hard working. In the beginning, she just needed help with little things. Then, as time passed she needed all around care. It felt good to help her. I had applied 2 other times and didnt get the job. I had to build more skills and fight harder for it and the people I loved to help.
