Hi Everyone ! Let me start by saying why I became a caregiver. I chose to become a caregiver back in high school when I realized being a nurse is what I want to become. I have seen many patients either not receiving the correct care or being mistreated , I said to myself one person can't do it all but I can change someone's care they are receiving. Plus many others I will encounter in the future. I think what makes me a great caregiver is the fact that I treat the person as if they were my parents or family members. I take my time with understanding their needs. I treat my patients with respect & love. I enjoy working with the many different types of patients & their needs. I love getting to know them as well as letting them know I am there to take care of them. I enjoy working with my patients & giving them the care they need. I have left my job or clinicals many days pleased knowing I done my job the way it was supposed to be done & my patients were taken care of.

I originally started taking care of family members then I made my way over to home health companies. I've been in the field officially for over a year, taking care of those who need the help is something I'm very passionate about. I've done just about everything from adults to children!
