I ALWAYS PUT THE CLIENTS NEED FIRST, I'M VERY CARING OF THE CLIENTS FEELINGS I TAKE MY TIME WITH THEM CAUSE I BE CONCERN THAT I'M NOT HURTING THEM IN ANYWAY I WANT THEM TO BE COMFORTABLE AT ALL TIMES IF I CAN HELP IT I LOVE TO ENGAGE IN CONVERSATION SO THEY CAN FEEL SAFE IN MY CARE AND I WANT THEM TO KNOW SOMEONE REALLY CARE. I'm currently have 3 National Medical Certifications. Getting ready to graduate with a bachelor degree in sociology. I'm headed to grad school after graduation. I love taking care of individuals with physical mental or emotional disorders. I have a heart of gold and enjoy sharing my skills to help individuals that can not take care of themselves.

I enjoy creating relationships with people. I have always been the "mom friend" in the group; always making sure the people close to me are treated fairly and get what they need. I've always been a nurturing soul and taking care of people is almost like a reflex for me. It makes me happy knowing the care that I give is making a difference.

I now have a certification in caregiving ,BLS certification,certification in covid training, end of life care,and several other aspects of of caring for ederly/disabled persons. It is truly a joy.

I have a real easy going bubbly outgoing personality the expertise that I have in caregiving is I am going to school to be as CNA also cared for end of care life my grandmother's day also Papa you had heart problems and diabetes COPD. Caring for my grandmother and my papa are the reasons I was attracted to being a caregiver. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is not jewelry that I bring to my clients life in their time. The Personal Achievement I'm proud of is getting my high school diploma being a single mother to a 16 year old boy and going back to school to get my CNA certificate.

I am a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. I volunteer at Goodwill and Habitat in Chipley. I have been a caregiver for seniors starting in 2007-2023. I miss being able to help another family. I am available, any day or time. I have stayed with my seniors in their homes, hospital, and nursing home. I prepared meals, medicine, light housekeeping, went to Dr appointments with their family members, kept them company until their family members return from work.. bathing, anything needed. I'm dependable.. I've never missed any appointments with the seniors. I love being there with them, letting them tell me about their lives. I love watching tv with them and enjoying watching them laugh and smile. They become family to me. Being able to let them stay home, seems to keep them around longer. Not only am I helping them and their families, but it helps me, knowing I matter.

I have been a caregiver for over 30 years. I have worked in the hospital settings as well home care. I enjoy helping people who can't help themselves. Love reading, talking,and sing to them. Over all just be an comfort.
