I'm currently have 3 National Medical Certifications. Getting ready to graduate with a bachelor degree in sociology. I'm headed to grad school after graduation. I love taking care of individuals with physical mental or emotional disorders. I have a heart of gold and enjoy sharing my skills to help individuals that can not take care of themselves.

My name is Bridgett Sellers. I have been a caregiver 8+ years. When I was little I had always loved spending time with the elderly. You can always benefit from spending time with your elders. There is always so much to learn. I'm always learning new things. What attracted me most to being a caregiver is that I love helping others. It is a passion of mine. I love hearing stories from back in the day & how so much is different from then & now. I could listen to their stories over & be over again. God gave me a profession as being a CNA because this was what I was meant to do. It's all I know & I wouldn't change it for nothing. Being a caregiver is an unforgettable experience. So one thing about me, I am a certified caregiver & have trained experience also I may as well been a caregiver my whole life, I took care of my cousin who was paralyzed, I've taken care of all of my grandparents and people I don't even know. I have a huge heart, I am a sensitive person, I am super sweet & down to earth. I'm an old soul, I would rather hang out with elderly people than people my age. I don't have much actually work experience due to I worked at an assisted living facility & it just wasn't for me I wanted to work in home care something part time not as much on me because I also am fixing to be going to school. I am not CPR trained or certified yet but I plan on doing that ASAP, when it comes to taking care of people, I know when it comes to my granny & I know I would be the same way myself, I want them to feel comfortable, I want to know the certain way they like things, their food, or the things they don't like so I can do it right, I want to gain a companionship with them, treat them like family & know that I honestly enjoy and need companionship just as me. I want them to know I am there for them that they can feel comfortable around me to ask or say what they need or feel. I also have reliable transportation, valid ID, and valid auto insurance. I don't mind taking them anywhere they want or need to go. I really need this right now, it gives me a purpose, it makes me happy. I'm available to work immediately, I would even consider being a live in caregiver if anyone needed one.

I am a 28 year old single mother of 3 children. I have taken care of elderly sick family since the age of 12. I am currently a CNA and I love every ounce of meaning and reason for my job. My grandmother is and was my encouragement for getting into the Healthcare field. I love working with the elderly you can learn so much from them if you take the time to take it all in.

Let's start by saying that I'm very compassionate about anything that I do. I love caring for people who aren't able to care for themselves. I'm very patient and thorough when it comes to my patients need. I enjoy being a help to my patients and just giving the companion that they need. I'm proud of the many years I have dedicated to people that's in need of a caregiver that's compassionate about their job.

I am a self motivated individual who enjoy doing for those who are not able to help themselves. I have been carrgiving for a little over 10 years. I now have a certification in caregiving ,BLS certification,certification in covid training, end of life care,and several other aspects of of caring for ederly/disabled persons. It is truly a joy.
