I ALWAYS PUT THE CLIENTS NEED FIRST, I'M VERY CARING OF THE CLIENTS FEELINGS I TAKE MY TIME WITH THEM CAUSE I BE CONCERN THAT I'M NOT HURTING THEM IN ANYWAY I WANT THEM TO BE COMFORTABLE AT ALL TIMES IF I CAN HELP IT I LOVE TO ENGAGE IN CONVERSATION SO THEY CAN FEEL SAFE IN MY CARE AND I WANT THEM TO KNOW SOMEONE REALLY CARE. I HAD ALWAYS LIKE TO CARE FOR PEOPLE BECAUSE ONE I HAVE SIX CHILDERN OF MY OWN SO I ALWAYS BEEN A CAREGIVER EVERY SINCE I WAS 16 YEARS OF AGE THATS WERE A LOT OF THE EXPERIENCE CAME FROM AND BEING A CAREGIVER FOR THEM GAVE ME THE LOVE TO CARE FOR PEOPLE. PEOPLE THAT REALLY NEED YOU. I ENJOY THE FACT THAT I CAN BE THERE TO HELP IN ANYWAY I CAN AND TO BE A SUPPORT. I ACHIEVED A HEART TO LOVE, SUPPORT,CARE,PHYSICAL,MENTAL AND JUST SHOW GOD'S LOVE

I'm currently have 3 National Medical Certifications. Getting ready to graduate with a bachelor degree in sociology. I'm headed to grad school after graduation. I love taking care of individuals with physical mental or emotional disorders. I have a heart of gold and enjoy sharing my skills to help individuals that can not take care of themselves.

I have 17 years experience in caregiving, enjoy giving back to people.

I am a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. I volunteer at Goodwill and Habitat in Chipley. I have been a caregiver for seniors starting in 2007-2023. I miss being able to help another family. I am available, any day or time. I have stayed with my seniors in their homes, hospital, and nursing home. I prepared meals, medicine, light housekeeping, went to Dr appointments with their family members, kept them company until their family members return from work.. bathing, anything needed. I'm dependable.. I've never missed any appointments with the seniors. I love being there with them, letting them tell me about their lives. I love watching tv with them and enjoying watching them laugh and smile. They become family to me. Being able to let them stay home, seems to keep them around longer. Not only am I helping them and their families, but it helps me, knowing I matter.

As a caregiver, I have found that my compassion, empathy, patience, attention to detail, organization, communication skills, experience, knowledge, and flexibility have all contributed to my ability to provide effective care to my clients. I will continue to cultivate and develop these traits and skills to ensure that I can provide the best possible care to those who need it. I was attracted to being a caregiver because I have a genuine passion for helping others. I find it rewarding to be able to make a positive impact on someone's life and assist them in their time of need. I also enjoy the personal connections I am able to make with the individuals I care for. It's a fulfilling job that allows me to make a difference every day. My greatest achievement is my work ethic. My work ethic is centered around being trustworthy and committed. I believe trust is the foundation of any successful endeavor, and I strive to uphold it in all aspects of my work. I am also deeply committed to the tasks I am given. I approach every project with dedication and perseverance. I have proven to be a strategic thinker that always has long-term goals in mind. I pride myself on showing up on time, working hard and always being open to learn new skills.

I'm an responsible caregiver who shows a high level of compassion to the patients and their families. Able to perform all job tasks and understands how to balance the needs of the patient with the needs of the organization. I'm also an experience caregiver who is certified for both basic first aid and CPR. I offer a gentle approach to patients but is also able to handle the physical tasks that go with the job. Adept at monitoring and maintaining the overall health of each patient and following complex instructions from medical professionals. I became a care giver because I once had to that dedicate my time and energy to helping my grandparents during their transitional and tough times in their lives. I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where I have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoy taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way. I like older adults and feel I can get along well with a variety of elders.

With my experience as a LPN , I've always enjoyed that hands on, one on one with a patient. And seeing that my care has made a difference in a patient life. The joy of taking care of another person. I've always wanted to be a nurse every since I was a little girl, I became a LPN which I enjoyed so I can say that was one of my personal achievements.

I grew up knowing that I wanted to be like my idol, my grandmother, who was a RN. I knew when I was a candy striper in my teens that iI wanted to continue to take care of those who couldn't because of the feeling of helping a patient get better or die with dignity and not alone filled my soul with gratitude that I was given the opportunity to make a difference in their live by God. When i was 20 I was married and my husband did not want me to do that kind of,work so I was in Retail Management for over 25 years. When I was no longer married I went to school and received my CNA License and I was able to fill my heart and soul again with that peace that I receive from helping others and when they sincerely thank me I am still overwhelmed with happiness. Dignity is a huge part of a person's happiness and to help with that juat completes me. I do hope to go further with my education in the medical field and become a RN. I have an Associate's Degree in Business Management. Other than that I love animals, the ocean/beach, riding horses and a good book. I am a,Christian, however when working with a patient I respect their believes.

What makes me a great Caregiver is God's Love and Compassion I Have for people. My Passion is taking care of the elderly. I have a Wonderful and Bubbly personality that will change the atmosphere when I walk in. What attracted me to being a caregiver because I took care of my granda which suffered from being partially Blind and suffered from Prostate Cancer until he passed away at 97. I took care of my aunt which suffered with Kidney problems back and forth to dialysis and she suffered a stroke on Left side. I also was a Live in for two brothers one with Cancer and one with Diabetes with one leg amputation. There is nothing really more to say is that I took care of them because I love helping people and they requested me to be their caregivers. This is what attracted me , It felt so me like this was what I was born to do. What I Love the Most about being a Caregiver is Listening at their stories and making them happy. I Love going beyond to make sure they are comfortable.. What I mean going beyond. I may massage their hurting hands, Legs and feet or cook their favorite meal or transport them to an outing to get some fresh air. Just to help them stay Mobile and keep their spirits alive. Sometimes they lose their confidence and they need their nails or toes Polished or assist them with things they used to do that they thought was gone. My Personal achievement that I am proud of is starting my own Business.
