Hi Everyone, my name is randnesha skinner,I like to be called nesha for short.I have a certificate as a Pca,Home care aid and also Certified Nurse assistant.I graduated last year with and Associates in science degree.have been in the healthcare field for over 10yrs and I love it.Im proud to be one of many to help the elderly with achieving their goals and daily living activities.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I pay attention to details. I do exactly what I'm told, asked and also give advice according to my expertise and I tell the truth about what is needed when it matters. I first started working with elders within my monastery taking care of their basic needs and taking them back and forth to doctor's appointments and following their doctors care of plan. That transmitted to my professional work life as a certified nursing aide, as I work in the nursing homes and also in private home settings. It brings me joy to see those who are in need of help receive the assistance that they need without taking away their dignity and also giving them the extra help that's necessary.... at the same time allowing them to do what they can for themselves. I have a broad range going from helping those with terminal illnesses all the way to those who just need extra assistance around the house. There is no job too big or too small for me to do.

I became a caregiver to help those who need help. I love to see the client/patient regain their independence. Some do not recover however, and making them comfortable is very important to me. When I do my job properly and the patient is content and happy.

Hello! I started out as a certified nurse aide in the year 1999. I decided to help care for people when helping care for my great grandmother. It felt great to be able to be there for someone in their time of need. I have since cared for so many different types of ailments, diseases and people who need general household help. I've ran errands, did light cleaning, fed, bathed, assisted with walking. Cooked meals, taken them to appointments, also sat as a companion. I've helped others go through hospice care, cancer care, Parkinsons, dementia, alzheimers, sundowners, after surgery care, wound care, broken body parts, stiff body parts...lots of different things. I've been helping the elderly population for 24 years now. I enjoy being there, listening/talking with them, going out to lunch or shopping. Staying in doing puzzles or watching old westerns or just simply being there for them in any way I can. I've spent time with others on holidays as well. It's interesting to spend time with people and hear their life stories of "how it used to be" or to see how town was in the 40's or 50's or back when there was horse & buggy rides to school...enjoy it all. I like to spend my time with my grandbabies also doing crafts or watching my favorite series. Family is everything to me, we all try to be there and help each other as much as we can. I'm very compassionate honest person. I enjoy taking care of others needs. I have a car so I am able to drive your loved one to any place they need or want to go. I'm responsible and very reliable.. I also have my certifications for CNA and PCA.. I don't work for an agency Im self-employed..I look forward to working with you and your families.!

I have worked in places from the ER, to the hospitals, nursing homes and in people's homes. I believe your loved one has the right to live the best life they can even when they are not feeling their best, battling a sickness or are elderly. It's not my job to be their boss as I work for them. I enjoy seeing them still do whatever they can to live the best life they can. I love helping people it gives me a sense of joy and warms my soul. It makes me a better person, it has taught me patience and to enjoy every moment of everyday even when it's not the greatest of days. I am proud of the mom I am. My children have the same compassionate spirit as me and enjoy helping people. I truly love what I do and the community of people that I have the pleasure to share my time with.

I am a 51 year old mature mom of 2 adult kids. I am an artist in my spare time. I enjoy reading, taking walks and nature. I play guitar and enjoy singing:) I love people and learning about them and their life. I am very patient and kind & enjoy helping.
