That alone made me happy to go to work every day. I have been in the care giving business for over ten years. Hello! My name is Dara, but I go by "D". I'm married with 2 kids and we have a couple of pets. I've worked in healthcare, as a caregiver in nursing homes/board and care, rehabilitation, transitional facilites and in home private care for 24 years. Due to my experience and my skill set, my compassion, patience and love for what I do, is what makes me a great caregiver. What I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is, that one on one time I have to get to know my clients, for them to get to know me and building that trust in our relationship on both sides. What I'm most proud of being a caregiver is, I've made a name for myself. I'm a hard worker, I go above and beyond and families recognize that and recommend me to family and friends, who are looking for caregivers for their loved ones. But most of all, the relationship I have with my clients. I remember every client I've ever worked with and the joy that, I've brought into their life and the joy they've brought into my life, it fills my soul.
