I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. I have a passion for caring for others. I enjoyed taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way because if I could still help my grandparents now with the experience I have now I would feel much better.

I consider myself to be compassionate person with our elders, they need us now. Is not easy life for them and they know that. This create a depression to our elder people. I learn in all my 20 years experience how to understand our elders I learn more from their in life. My achievement are LOVE, VALUE, COMPASSION, TOLERANCE and feel proud by myself have this feeling in my heart for elder people same with kids and Family's. I'm a blessed Woman thank to God.

I am a productive caregiver and I'm always making sure that all my patients are good and comfortable and also doing my job better. I got attracted to be a caregiver because of my grandfather he has dimensia and I love helping people who needs help mostly people that has dimensia and also I enjoy helping them and giving them entertainment. I am a people's person I love communicating with everyone. I have always been a companion for anyone that I have worked for. What makes me great is because when my mom and nephew got sick I stepped up and became their caregiver. Both of my family members had great illnesses and needed to be tended to 24hrs. I like helping elderly. Its a fun job, challenging but rewarding. I have working in this field for many years and I am proud that so many lives had been changed, and lifted up through me. A life of 90 years old man who could not take care himself and the family were so busy, and he was able to survive for seven years. I have been caregiver and CNA for more than ten years. I have worked in nursing homes, hospital and private duty in California, then I moved to Colorado for better future, Unfortunately my family won't move there because of cold weather. So at this time I'm back to California to be together with my family and looking for a job here.
