I have worked in a nursing home when I first entered the medical field, studied medical terminology, worked as a Lead Supervisor in an orthopedic surgical center for total joints. I am also a mother and I have been blessed with a gift to always help others. I love what I do, it's not a job it's a God given gift to be able to help those in need. Hi, my name is Josie. Mother of 2 sons. I come from a large family, the youngest of 10 children and raised by the most amazing parents who were married for 56 years. I am a loving, caring and passionate caregiver who took care of both my parents when they became ill. My father had cancer & my mom had several strokes which left her confined to bed 24/7. I did changing, bathing, turning every 2 hours, spoon feeding, g-tube care, gave meds, took vitals, motion and range exercises, transfer from bed to wheelchair. Did everything I could to keep them mentally healthy & keep their spirits high by singing, dancing, reading & praying for them. My passion was to care for my parents and give them the best quality care, to show them as much love & comfort as possible. I know how important it is to find someone to care for your loved one and give them the care they need & deserve.
