I started as a temporary caregiver before I went to LVN school. I was hired for companionship. When I started working, I never thought that even just for companionship, I can make a difference. My client lives alone. Every time I'm with my client, I felt happy because I was part of my client life. My client started smiling and showed happiness. In a short time I was with my client, we created a bond to each other. We go to the gym together and even to grocery store. I had a great experienced with my first caregiving job. After I graduated from my LVN school, I work with a physician who is a medical director to both home health and hospice. I went to see patients with him to client's home and I was blessed to be part of his ministry. Even though I was not part of any of his patients everyday life, I was blessed enough be there for them in a little time. Even for just a day, I got to know a lot of things about my clients.

I have been in nursing for the past 13 years. I started out as a certified nurse assistant and now I am currently a Licensed Vocational Nurse. I have worked in long term, rehabilitation, psych, and corrections. I was also an Emergency Response Nurse for the homeless community when the COVID Pandemic stated. I loving taking care of people and I am a very diverse nurse who loves to make a difference with what I do.
