UF Shands IT analyst and 2 VA professionals. I've spent 30+ years in various nursing fields in facilities and private care working extensively with Geriatric Patients having conditions such as Alzheimer's, Oncology/Hematology, Neuro Injuries/TBI/Rehab Services. I've worked cases of NICU babies, Infants with premature birth, failure to thrive and with children on the autism spectrum with sensory/food aversions as well as cerebral palsy and triplets with continuous tube feeds and Oxygen. I was employed as Assistant Health and Safety Director for the American Red Cross assisting in Teaching CPR, First aid and Disaster Preparedness as well as supervising Challenge Testing for Health Care Professional, Paramedics, Nurses and Physicians. I have also worked as Activities Director for the Salvation Army's after school and summer youth programs for children at high risk/abuse and as Activities Supervisor for the Henderson Housing Authority working with the elderly. I have a current multi state background check as well as a driving record.

I am care giver for 10+ yrs. i am currently employed at the VA in lake city fl. my reason for being a nursing assistant is because i had taken care of my mother when she was terminally ill of Aids which she passed away at a early age. By taken care of her it help me appreciate life for another human being especially when they can not take care for them selves .
