I am a caregiver by nature. I am compassionate. I enjoy being around people and working with them in their homes so that I can help them enjoy their lives to the fullest. I have worked as a Nurse for almost 15 years and have experience with all different types of clients, with a vast array of needs and I have enjoyed them all.

I became a Registered Nurse in 2018 after 14 years of being a nursing assistant. I love helping people and the satisfaction of a smile and gratitude. Im always learning something new. Ive been working in healthcare since fall of 2004. I have experience with hospice, long term care, nursing homes, skilled nursing homes, rehabilitation services, behavioral health, hospital experience including med/surg and post-op orthopaedics.

I have always had a desire to serve others. I joined the US Army in 2001 to serve my country and left Honorably in 2013 to pursue a nursing career. My experience as a Registered Nurse has been on Medical-Surgical and Medical ICU settings. I am certified for Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. I am familiar with many medications and able to work around special equipment, such as ventilators, ostomies, etc. I am able to assist with activities of daily living, cleaning, wound care, medication administration, and much more. Most importantly, I am an advocate who understands that each person requires and deserves individualized, loving care.

I love working with the elderly population. It is my passion to help those out that are in need to still live at home. I am searching for 8 hours minimum of work per day or more, flexible to live in also. 1. I became a Certified Nursing Assistant, CPR certified, and HHA, Home Health Aide in the early 90s. I have been certified ever since. I was working as a waiter in a RETIREMENT HOME, when I became involved in care without not knowing it, as I enjoyed helping the residents of the facility.
