I enjoy providing companionship and outmost care to every person I am with. I have also a great deal of medical experience. I am proficient in basic skills: personal hygiene like showers/bath, oral care, toileting, back-rub, dressing; Assists in activities of daily living such as serving & feeding, ambulating, positioning, transferring, administer meds & nutritional supplements, dressings surgical prep; Do & record vital sign: blood pressure, weight, pulse, temperature, finger pricking for sugar levels in diabetics; Measure & record food & liquid intake, urinary & fecal output and report changes. Encourage patient to exercise. Review & ask dietary restrictions, preferences, & allergies. Change bed linens, replace trash bags. Always check expiration of food & medicines. Know vital information about patient's condition, treatment plan & any suggested activity.. In a capsule, it is very important to respond immediately to patient's call for assistance and/or treatment with the goal of creating a safe, effective environment to make a difference in the lives of the patient & their families. Patience is a virtue inherent in me. I always work above & beyond my duty for the comfort & safety of my patients. What makes me a great caregiver? Well I honestly feel like I was born to serve and take care of loved ones as well as those that cannot take care of themselves. I feel like the world is so fast paced these days that we forget about those aging around us, I have been caregiving for over 10 years professionally but have taken care of my family/friends my whole life. In this field I feel like you have to have a certain amount of patience, care, loyalty and a warm touch and I with me it comes naturally. I love to care for everyone no matter the circumstances.

I became a caregiver because I had always cared for other people and having the opportunity to work with Señior has been the best experience ever. I love hearing their stories. I see them as part of my family. When taking care of them I see it as taking care of my own grandparents.

I am hard-working reliable responsible trustworthy I'm very passionate about my job I got into this career path 2005 when I had to care for my grandmother who was dying from cancer after caring for my grandmother I found myself helping other family members and family friends I feel you have to Be passionate and his work field it takes a certain type of person to deal with every day living watching a person decline is not easy for family members to care for their family members when they have to take care of their family as well So I have a lot of spare time and I would like to give my time back to family they need to take care of a family members

My name is Tanesha Pleze I am a single mother of a 16 year old young man. I am currently a student at El Camino Compton Center studying for my Nursing degree. I became a caregiver because I love helping others. I love everything about the medical field, I am very compassionate in what I do. Something that I am proud of is continuing my education so I can fulfill my dream. Taking care of my son, going to school and working off and on doing what I love is something I am proud of. Not giving up no matter how hard the struggle gets, God said it best.

I am a great caregiver because I truly enjoy what I do, and therefore it shows! I could not ask for a better job than helping someone in need. It is the most fulfilling job in the world. After many years of doing assorted jobs, (including wedding and portrait photography) I finally found something that truly fulfills me, in every way! I really love it! I lost my parants that I love verymuch due to their health conditions. Caregiver task is one of the most challenging roles that I had dilte with my own family and taking it as will undertake doing it as my own family or loveones. There is many tasks or skills I experienced on what it takes to keep a loved one safe and well once he/she has serious medical problems. I love making a difference in someone's life. Being friendly and enjoying building cherished memories for others. Learning from Senior family members many challenges impacting my life & increasing the value of companionship & helping them building their skills. Caregiving is a huge personal accomplishment, & I am proud of flexibility & determination. Even with a difficult health of my parent, caregiving can be one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I like to learn everything I can, get creative when I have to and do your best. I am grateful for anything that I managed to achieve. I managed to build a great skills. I am most proud of overcoming the adversity in life & hope reflection to others. But I found courage to pursue some dreams, studied hard and had a job at the same time to pay for my studies. It was not as an easy period of life, but here I am, applying for a great job with you. I am proud of being able to even get to this point.
