What makes me feel great about being a caregiver is that the client is loyal,and always happy. I am tolerant,patient,humble,able to work with tough clients.I also treat the client like if he or she was like my family.I don't take anything personal.I love my job and I'm patience I'm always nice and courteous I always put their needs first before mine.

I am a very caring considerate of others I enjoy working with the elderly cooking cleaning and being a companion so they never feel alone. What makes me a great caregiver is my genuinely love to help and be there. I don't work this field for a paycheck. I love working this field because its who I am. What attracted me to this position as a caregiver was my grandmother. I have always taken care of her and it always made her happy. I never treated her or any of my patients as work. I genuinely loved them all and cared and treated them and looked at them as my extended family. My personality traits are huge personality, very silly when around loved ones or anytime someone is down. I can always make someone who's down smile. I have a very huge heart. After that I noticed I enjoyed caring for the elderly and spending time with them. I love listening to their stories and learning from their experiences. I see them and treat them as my family. Hello, Although I have a degree/career in the operating room assisting surgeons with surgeries..........I have found my passion in making a tremendous difference in the quality & care of one's life by caregiving and nursing career. My grandparents played a tremendous role in my life (whom I also cared for at the end of their long lives) and I have always been very comfortable & fond of elderly, and geriatric people.
