Our goal is to provide whatever the aged, ill or disabled or their families need in order for their loved ones to remain in independence where they most want to be - in their homes. Private duty services provide activities of daily living within an individual's home. These services are designed to eliminate the need for unnecessary institutionalization by creating a safe living environment, fostering independence and facilitating Person-Centered Dementia Care. Services are available to adults who make arrangements for individualized care and private payment for services. Private duty services do not require a doctor's order; however, clients in a hospital or skilled nursing facility can request direct private care on their own to avoid being discharged to another care provider.
