I have a very outgoing personality and can get along with just about anybody, im very easy going caring and compassionate. I have been doing caregiving work for 22 years on and off. I have worked for companies as well as done it on my own. I am a natural born caregiver, i have always enjoyed taking care of other people. I have worked with all ages and all types. I have experience in developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, health issues, dietary issues, stroke recovery, post surgical and elderly care to list a few. To me caregiving is very rewarding to help people live their lives to the fullest. I was a single momma of 3 and i put myself through nursing school for my RN. I have always enjoyed helping people in my community. It gives me great satisfaction and happiness to know that I am able to help someone who is in need. I believe every individual deserves to live life to its fullest, therefore I want to help others when they are unable to care for themselves so they may continue to have the best quality of life as possible. My greatest personal achievement in my opinion was giving birth to my four amazing children and I am really enjoying watching them all grow into beautiful, caring and intelligent young adults. Another proud achievement is graduating Vocational Nursing School and earning my degree in middle age. My grandfather died of ALS, and it broke my heart to watch him go from running his company and church to basically in the end, being completely incapacitated, but although he couldn't move a muscle to speak or care for himself, his mind was completely cognizant of all that was happening. It was heartbreaking to witness. That was when I decided I wanted to be a nurse.
