I love being a caregiver, I love getting to know and hearing the stories of everyone that I take care of. I also enjoy making their day, I really believe that this is my calling. Hi my name is Danielle Jones , What makes me a great caregiver is that I am passionate in my work I love what I do which is being able to help people and making someone smile. Also I'm outgoing , hard worker and reliable. What made me become a caregiver was when I was younger my dad took care of my grandfather and I used to help out it was nice being able to help him and keep him going while he was here. What I like about being a caregiver is that I'm able to help some but also it benefits me as well , who wouldn't want to get paid doing something they love lol . An personal achievement I am proud of is graduating , in obtain my cna license and also being able to take care and make my son happy.

I have a passion for caregiving. Your family is my family. I started caregiving back in 2013 when my grandmother became terminally I'll from bone cancer. At the young age of 19 I had to quit my job at Walmart to care for her along side the help of the hospice nurse. When she passed all the things I learned stuck with me. At that point I knew then it was something I was meant to do, to help other families that may be going thru the same. I've very loving, compassionate and understanding of any and all situations. I'm going to do my absolute best to make everyday a pleasant experience with your family member no matter how hard it may become. The thing I enjoy most about caregiving is knowing I am an able and willing servant of the Lord who doesn't mind helping my fellow people live out the best possible life I can help them live. It gives me great honor just knowing I do my best in helping others in anyway possible. I have always been told how great of a worker I am families often times want to hire me for personal home health care after seeing my passion. I love caring for others .

My oldest child is 30 years old, I also have a 21 year old, and a 13 year old. My children are my greatest achievements and they are where my caregiver "carrier" truly started. They taught me a great deal of patience, they taught me to be reliable and flexible. All are things that I use in my caregiver profession still today. Through them I have learned I love helping people. When I have a client they become a second family to me. For me seeing the smile of a family member I have helped leaves me with a worm fuzzy feeling that cant be explained. Helped patients with personal care, which included washing bed linens, washing clothing, and ironing clothing. Directed patients how to use new medical devices, such as a new prosthetic or crutches. Offered companionship to patients, and played games with them or read to them. Massaged patients to offer comfort or to apply a specific treatment.

I'm a 40 Years old female which I consider myself to be Caring, Loving, Respectful, Dependable, and tries to understand the Individual needs that I'm taking care of and tries to be Very Attentive to show support. I beleive that my Attraction to being a Caregiver is that my Personality is just Loving. I became a caregiver because I extremely enjoy helping others. I take a lot of pride in the work I do. I enjoy helping people who are no longer to care for themselves or have no family who can help. I have been in this field for a very long time. I have recently picked up sign language again and have mastered a good bit of the language and I am able to use what I know to communicate with a wonderful gentleman. All my kids are grown and I have a lot of time to helping others who may need it. I currently help out a 95 yr old gentleman and my own beautiful grandmother. I try to treat others the way I want my own grandmother treated.
