Hello. I have 24 years of experience as a CNA/ caregiver. I have worked skilled care, palliative, ambulatory, home health, and assisted living. I strive to make my clients quality of life the best possible. They am certified in First Aid and CPR. I am also in school to become an Rn, Bsn.

I have always had great compassion for those who are sick, the elderly, and disabled. I began my caregiving by volunteering for Hospice for seven years. CNAs happily taught me how to do bed baths, empty urinals, and even how to change bed linens with patient still in bed. I am comfortable, and have experience in just about all facets of caregiving, which includes personal hygiene, including bathing, feeding, safely transferring patient from bed to chair, etc. I am comfortable using a Hoyer lift, and have changed and sanitized urine bags. Upon moving to a new city I began doing home caregiving as a way of paying my bills, and family recommendations kept me busy. I have enjoyed caring for the ELDERY with all kinds of medical problems, and DISABLED people, as well. In addition to passing the background check required for this site, I have a LEVEL II BACKGROUND CHECK which is far deeper than this site requires. I have taken and passed the HHA test, although I did not take the class. I am CPR certified, have had a two step TB test, I presently work for a local caregiving agency, but they are unable to provide me with enough hours, so I am eager to get full time hours! I have many references I can give if you are interested in knowing more. I prefer days, but I am open for any schedule.

I have 4 years experience in caregiving. I have worked for companies and have also done personal caregiving. I've cared for my own family members and clients that became like family. I treat each client and their family as if I've always known them and they can be comfortable with me, knowing they can trust me. I have experience in hospice care as well as dementia and alzheimer's patients. I love being a caregiver because it gives me the chance to make a difference in people's lives and help out where others can't or don't have the ability to do so. I've held many hands as they took their last breath and been there to help the family through it. My grandmother was a nursing assistant and I would always go to work with her when I was younger which sparked my interest in caring for others. I have a very compassionate heart and caring personality which causes me to go above and beyond for my clients. Helping people and making a difference in their lives is a real passion of mine and I plan to do it for as long as I can. I'm dependable, trustworthy and someone you can always count on.

I am a social butterfly and love to meet new people. My late great grandmother was my biggest fan and best friend, she is the one who encouraged me to go into healthcare. I love to serve people & I do it through caring for them when they need it most.

I love being able to help others. I really enjoy being a caretaker and it's more then just a job to me it a passion. I make sure to take care of others how I would want to be treated. It brings joy to me to be able to help others in their time of need and know that when I leave I did everything in my power to make my client feel comfortable and happy.

I am very dependable. I am never late to work or any place I am expected to be. I am 20-years-old. I am from Nashville, TN, currently living in Athens, GA. I have an Associates Degree in "Health Sciences." I am furthering my career in Social Work. I want to be a School/ Family Social Worker. I enjoy being around children of all ages. My mom is a current Social Worker and she owns a Daycare in Nashville TN, where I was a former employee. In high school, I was a peer-tutor for special needs students. I helped the students with their work, helped prepare them for speeches. I also helped them reach their highest potential whether that's emotionally, mentally, or even physically. I am a wonderful cook. I love cooking home-made meals. If instructions are included and a family has a recipe, I don't mind giving it a shot! I am fun and energetic. Crossword puzzles? Walks in the park? I am for it all!

I've always liked working with people. I had taken care of family members (mother,father,uncle), who have pasted on from cancer. I have a heart for the elderly for those who can't take care of themselves. I have worked as a caregiver with Restoring Angels in Greenville S.c. For 2 yrs. 2010-2012.
