I'm a very loving person it's easy for me to extend my love to others that's why I love my job!!! I get to meet new people and help be a blessing to others.

Being a caregiver has become the most rewarding job. I worked closely with a family the last three years, and being able to provide in home care, and allowing husband and wife to stay together was wonderful. I have 20+years of experience.

I'm a hard worker never complaint. I enjoy to be a caregiver I'm very open mind honest I love make smile and joy on people life. I'm very proud to be a caretaker.

What makes me a good home care aide is my dedication to what I do. I give my best to serve / help my client in any way I can. I became a home care aide because I want to work with and help seniors. I believe that taking care of them is like taking care of my own mother. Aside from having the chance to serve / help seniors, what I like about being a home care aide is its flexible work schedule. Seeing my client satisfied and happy with what I do for him / her is a personal achievement I am proud of.

THE CARE GIVING RANGED FROM VOLUNTEERING AT A LONG TERM HEALTH FACILITY FOR 10 YEARS TO HOME HEALTH CARE FOR 5 AND THEN 6 YEARS AT AN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY. I ENJOY ASSISTING SENIORS TO CONTINUE TO WANT TO LIVE LIFE TO ITS FULLEST EVERY DAY.

My name is Ashley Wiebe. I am 29 years old and a wife and mother of 4 beautiful children. In my free time I like to sit down and read a good book. What makes me a great caregiver is that I believe the client is #1. Their needs are my job and it is my job to make sure he/she is happy and comfortable. I am loyal, reliable, patient, dependable, on-time, caring, observant, and a great listener. I was a nanny for 15 years so I have always had a passion to take care of someone if that was a child or adult. What really got me interested in becoming a caregiver was after my grandmother passed away and I helped take care of her while battling Alzheimer's. It was eye opening for me and I wanted to learn who to become better at caregiving. I really enjoy most from my job is the relationship that builds between me and a client. Having fun and bringing joy to their day and mine.

When you work with someone who needs home care it is important that you are patient and understanding. Reliable. A great caregiver is someone that can be counted on to be there. For example, if they say they will be there, then they show up. Trustworthy. Most people who need home care services are in a vulnerable position. Because they are inviting someone into their home to be near their valuables. Flexible. As with most things in life, needs may change and unexpected events can happen. So, it's important that a good caregiver can go with the flow. I was attracted to being a caregiver once my grandmother got sick and I had to take care of her . I enjoy meeting new people and being able to care for people that's in need of help.

I'm proud to say I'm a caregiver , safety and care of elderly is my priority . I been in this field for more than 6 years . I would bring a service-focused and hardworking attitude to this role. I'm reliable and accommodate to any needs. I'm 29 single with no kids dedicated to my job.
