I like to share similar stories I believe it helps people to hear about other people that went through the same situation and had success, it's much encouragement. Love to make people smile to get their minds off the obvious. It really depends on the people. But I always leave with them feeling happy and smiling and that's my goal and I always hit it...
I have a strong desire to work with elderly and individuals with disabilities. My hands-on experiences have prepared me well to perform Home Health Aid tasks such as providing personal care to clients including oral hygiene, nail care, dressing, feeding, bathing and skin care. I am an expert in cooking nutritious meals, taking vital signs and assisting clients in the activities of daily living using different techniques. Moreover, my superb communication skills and ability to work without supervision will make me an asset to your family or organization. My biggest accomplishment was being able to contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client's quality of life. I am able to speak Kreol, French and basic Spanish.
1. I've found pleasure in helping people, it makes me feel happy and useful. 2. What I like the most is the satisfaction of doing what I like to do. 3. Hello my name is Nicole. I have been in the medical field for ten years now. I really love being a caregiver(home health aide) it is one of my favorite fields. I love trying to help make their day just a little better if that means all I have to do is try than it's worth it to me. I am looking for part or full time. I am also willing to do fill ins or just temporary positions. Please feel free to contact me or the company and ask me any questions. I truly hope to hear from you. The last Senior citizen I was taking care of is currently, permanently in a home and it breaks my heart to not being able to be there for him every day but thats how I know that what I do for a living is worth something. That there's 100% a career for everyone, whether you chose to try that career or not but I know at the end of the day that I was 110% correct in picking the career I currently participate in today.
As a child my mother has introduced me and my siblings to the medical field, from volunteer work in hospital facilities to children diagnostic facilities, it became a passion for me and I enjoy working with the elderly (geriatric), I think I can truly make a difference in the lives of others and it makes me proud to be in this field. All in all, you never know who lives you may touch.I have been complimented for many different things, such as the care I give, and showing the empathy and compassion for my residents and patients. You would think that I help make a difference in their lives, truth is they make a difference in mine
