I feel that I am a great caregiver, because I love people and I have a compassion to make their lives full of quality and really love on and take care of them I am proud of this trait I love being a caregiver, because I love making people smile and making a change in their lives. I focus on every detail . there is no detail too small or too large that can't somehow be resolved if it is important to the person I would be giving care to than it is important to me. I have a personal experience with my own family, my mother suffer schizophrenia and Alzheimer's I took care of her until God took her to heaven in 2018 just after that my dad suffer a paralysis due to a stroke and I took care of him until he pass in 2019. What attract me to be a caregiver is to be able to give others the same love, understanding and care that I was able to give my own parents. My personal achievement that I am proud of is be able to help others and at the same time be there for my family.

I'm a very compassionate person, I care about the well being of people that may be lonely, frail, needing companionship and someone to talk with, also I love animals, I have 7 cats and 1 dog. I helped my mother in law thorough her golden years, she lived by herself on her house with 2 cats, so my husband and I visited her often to help cleaning her house, doing yard work, preparing meals for her and going with her grocery shopping or to the malls. What I enjoy is seeing that at the end of the day I helped someone with company, cleaning, and staying at their home with their happy memories instead of a nursing home where sometimes they don't get enough attention and all their needs taking care of.

I think what makes me a great caregiver is that I am very patient, and love interacting with my clients, I'm also do my best to keep a positive and understanding personality when it comes to my clients.

Hello my name is Jacqueline but I go by Jackie. I am 31 years old and I have been in the home health care field for about 11 years. I am a very empathetic person and make a good companion because not only have I been in this field for so long but I have also taken care of my own family members who were also special needs and have had different kinds of diagnoses. I love being a care giver so much that when I finished school for dental assisting I found a job that still encompasses that type of field because we go into nursing and assisted living facilities to provide the dental care they need. Because of my job I am fully Covid vaccinated and I am tested weekly sometimes twice a week. I am proud that I have been able to show people in need of caregivers that there are people who actually see caregiving as more than just a job. Most of my clients have passed away (adults and children) but I do have their family members info as well as the agencies I have worked for if you need any references. My rate is very negotiable because I have been on that side of looking for caregivers for my own family members and I am still working as a dental assistant so NIGHT or OVERNIGHT hours preferred .
