I began my caregiving path as a preschool teacher. I spent 12 years caring for children and 2 of those years teaching kindergarten. After my husband passed away I focused on my children. I began an amazing opportunity in senior living care facility 5 years ago as direct care while studying to get my bachelors degree in psychology, and now work as a case manager for 3 group homes.

Hi! First off, I admire the families that choose to hire someone to help their loved ones and not take the option of putting them in a nursing home. I have never been more content or more pleased then having a job as a caregiver. You're able to bring life back into the home, become apart of the family and commit yourself whole heartedly. I prefer to wear scrubs on the job. My job duties for the last 6 years as a caregiver w/ my most recent patient/s are as follows. . Cooking, cleaning, running errands such as groc shopping, driving them, pill mgmt and doctor appointments, I'm knowledgeable in Alz/ Dementia as well. As for the ladies I do gardening, decorating, manicure and pedicures as well as hair. I'm very organized and keep everyone on schedule. I'm a hard worker. I'm cpr/ first aid licensed and am also certified nursing assistant,I will take care of their bandages or any other wounds. I will go above and beyond for you and your family as if it's my own and I'm very good at keeping them company I have learned so much from bonding w/ the elderly. I love what I do. I won't let you down. I have commendable references also! Traveling is not an issue as long as it fits my schedule and it is the hourly wage is feasible. Allow me to help you and I can make things much easier on your loved one and their stay at home.

I'm a very nice and considerate caregiver. im laid back but reliable and responsible. im flexible in caring for a clients needs. I like being a caregiver because I like being able to help those who need help in everyday tasks that they may not be able to do on their own. Hello! My name is Bailey Whitehead from Cleburne, TX and I am 21 years old. I am currently a student at Texas A&M University and will be graduating in December 2018, and attending nursing school in January 2019. Although I do not have any professional experience in a workplace, I have cared for family members who have been ill or injured many times. I am a trustworthy and reliable individual with a passion for health care. I particularly find my biggest passion with the elderly and the youth and cannot wait to become a RN to assist those individuals one day. Ever since I was a little girl, I have always loved to take care of those around me and since then, I have never stop. I love getting to know those who are ill ad injured and more about their life. I believe that I am a good companion and can live up to the expectations that family members will have for the care of their loved ones, because I, too, would have high expectations.

The smile on their faces is overwhelming and makes me feel I have done my job right. I have always enjoyed helping people so I know I am doing the right thing. I refuse to treat them like a "client" I treat them as family no matter what the circumstances are . Letting them know that its okay to ask for help without hesitation is a huge goal of mine

I've been a cna for over 10 years I started wanting to go to a cna class after I had taken care of a lady that passed I loved taken care of her making her last days the best I could. About 2 years ago I started working as a CNA/Rna. Inwitch I really love I love working with people who come off therapy and have met their goals and I continue to help them with weekly goals. ..
