Im upbeat, energetic, silly by nature, understanding and compassionate. I can be a strong leader and motivate others but I tend to do it through a combination of reason meets humour. I love the outdoors and love helping others stay independent. I know what its like to be on the recieving side of care so it really means a lot to me to preserve dignity and be a friend to my clients. I have extensive experience and training, am prompt and dependable. I am a problem solver and athough my demeanor is best described as silly, I am a professional and conduct myself as such. Humour is just a great way to connect and lighten the mood when things are otherwise difficult. I am proud of a great many accomplishments throughout my career, my greatest achievment is my ability to help someone go from being about to be placed into a long term care facility, to being completely able to function on their own without me. A little know how, hard work, time, and TLC can go a long way to restoring independence.

hi, my name is angel Kelly. I'm a shy and quiet person at times but I am a very hard worker. I started working at first step about 3 years ago, i worked with two clients, both with autism and I really enjoyed being helpful. my mom worked as a caregiver for 10 + years, and that really inspired me to want to be like her, kind, helpful, and companionate in any job that I work.

I have always had a passion for helping people. I worked with adults with developmental disabilities for 15 years before working with seniors. I have a great respect and admiration for our seniors and desire to help them live a dignified, independent life while keeping them safe in their home. I have two adult children and 2 grandchildren who live in Oklahoma. I was a care manager for a home care agency in Enid Oklahoma for 5 years before moving to Arkansas last year. I am currently working as a care manager in Hot Springs but I am seeking to find a few private clients to slow down my pace. I am single and have no other obligations at this time. I enjoy making a difference in the lives of others.

My stepmother is a disabled Iraq veteran with MST PTSD and I provide my dad with respite care on her behalf.

I am 27 years old. I am a mother of 3 little girls. I have 1 cat and 2 kittens. I enjoy working with the elderly people because each and every one is their own self. Each and every one has different life styles and I love adapting to different life styles. It's very interesting to me. I started being around the elderly when I was like 9 or 10, when my mother was working at the Nursing home in Ola. I had learned so much from her and other nurses. I also took nursing pre classes in my high school years

I am a 50-year-old woman who has cared for 2 elderly parents (1 through Cancer, other Alzheimer), a lovely 64 yr. old lady with ALS / Alzheimers & a wonderful man of 81 with COPD etc. I raised 2 productive, delightful, responsible children to adulthood (25 and 28) with no issues. I am a VERY personable lady with a huge heart who is very much a conversationalist, so I meet no strangers. I am one who treats others how I want to be treated and how I would want my loved ones treated. I am very maternal, protective and loving. I have 28 years experience as Mother and 9 as Grandma and 12 Years of caring for my elderly parents & 6 yrs. caring for others professionally. I most recently sat with a 63-year-old stage 6 Alzheimers / ALS patient. I am a very responsible, ethical and & trustworthy person to boot and even have the current background check available to you for extra peace of mind, just ask. I am interested in a sitting/companion/ caretaker position with elderly with or without pets. I am a deeply spiritual person, and very respectful of differing beliefs. I want to be of service to those in need. After loosing our family restaurant during the Covid restrictions I prayerfully decided to go back to my roots and go to nursing school. While in school I decided to get back into working home health. At 50, with 5 daughters and 2 grandsons, I understand the complexities of family dynamics and how to navigate those issues while helping someone be able to get the service they need while staying at home. Though it has been 20 years, I do have several years experience and a true gift for working with others.

I absolutely love being in home health. Being able to help a client do things that they are unable to do by themselves make me feel good. I love spending time with clients and getting to know them and their past. Being in someones life and helping them succeed is one of my goals. It doesn't matter how old someone is, they still have goals and things that they want to do and I like to be apart of that.
