Hello I'm Ronesha Henry, I've been a caregiver for 9 years now . I'm very patient, dependable, trustworthy and compassionate. I became a caregiver cause I like to make a difference in lives of others. The most I enjoy about being a caregiver is that I gain a new family, there's nothing like listening to your client tell you about some childhood memories. Just caring for my client's well being with a smile on they face is a JOB WELL DONE enough for me!

Im upbeat, energetic, silly by nature, understanding and compassionate. I can be a strong leader and motivate others but I tend to do it through a combination of reason meets humour. I love the outdoors and love helping others stay independent. I know what its like to be on the recieving side of care so it really means a lot to me to preserve dignity and be a friend to my clients. I have extensive experience and training, am prompt and dependable. I am a problem solver and athough my demeanor is best described as silly, I am a professional and conduct myself as such. Humour is just a great way to connect and lighten the mood when things are otherwise difficult. I am proud of a great many accomplishments throughout my career, my greatest achievment is my ability to help someone go from being about to be placed into a long term care facility, to being completely able to function on their own without me. A little know how, hard work, time, and TLC can go a long way to restoring independence.

Im working towards my rn degree and will specialize in the care of geriatrics . i have over 10 yeas exp in the field and look forward to many more years to come. I take pride in knowing my patients will look at me as a friend as well as someone to make the transition as comfortable as possible of the diagnosis

I'm caring, friendly. I love hearing old stories and how older people were growing up. I love being a CNA. I started this career because I have always wanted to take care of people. I enjoy getting to know other people and being able to do whatever I can to make the patient happy and comfortable. My biggest achievement would be being a wonderful mother to my children and making people happy.

Hi guys just wanna tell a little bit about myself. I've been interested in healthcare since I was 9. I have 3 years experience in this field and I'm currently going to school to be a surgical technologist. I'm proud to be able to help other who can no longer do everything their self and be a compassionate friend.

I have always had a passion for helping people. I worked with adults with developmental disabilities for 15 years before working with seniors. I have a great respect and admiration for our seniors and desire to help them live a dignified, independent life while keeping them safe in their home. I have two adult children and 2 grandchildren who live in Oklahoma. I was a care manager for a home care agency in Enid Oklahoma for 5 years before moving to Arkansas last year. I am currently working as a care manager in Hot Springs but I am seeking to find a few private clients to slow down my pace. I am single and have no other obligations at this time. I enjoy making a difference in the lives of others.

I have a very big heart and compassion for helping people. It started when I was younger taking care of the neighbor lady. I feel like I'm not only a caregiver they become a part of my family

I am a deeply spiritual person, and very respectful of differing beliefs. I want to be of service to those in need. After loosing our family restaurant during the Covid restrictions I prayerfully decided to go back to my roots and go to nursing school. While in school I decided to get back into working home health. At 50, with 5 daughters and 2 grandsons, I understand the complexities of family dynamics and how to navigate those issues while helping someone be able to get the service they need while staying at home. Though it has been 20 years, I do have several years experience and a true gift for working with others.
