My name is Ashanti Rucker I am 20 years old my birthday is March 27 I am currently in college online at Albany State University and my major is pediatric nursing.

I became a caregiver because it is always something i wanted to do. i have the passion and attitude for this field. i like being a CNA because i know i can make a difference. i get a thrill out of making sure people are cared for the right way. i go the extra mile. i clock out and stay a few minutes. i like to get to know my clients and how they feel about things. i like to listen to the stories some have. I am proud of making a difference, seeing them happy, smiling, and i have learned a various of things even down to the shots. i wouldn't have a problem with being a RN at all. I like to learn various things to help my experience. i tend to have a passionate heart. I pray and talk to those who are christians. I like reading, computers, experimenting and staying busy. I have always wanted to be a nurse and work in the health care fields.

I love working as a caregiver,cause I love people.I give great quality to clients with compassion, patience,loyalty,and I'm very reliable.I never leave my charge without bringing that special care.Being a caregiver is a huge personal accomplishment, and I'm proud of the resourcefulness, flexibility, and determination it brings in people lives.It's the most rewarding experiences of my life.My skills as being a caregiver is communication,observation,Interpersonal skills.Also time management,organization,cleanliness.
