Nursing is a calling, God placed it in my heart.I nurse as if I'm doing it unto the Lord I absolutely LOVE what I do & I'm so blessed through it.I've been voted the best nurse at my facility by my patients.I learn my patients, their individual needs, specific likes/dislikes and personality. I've been a nurse sine 2002 I am & will always be my patient's advocate.Insisting & ensuring they get the highest quality care.I'm very skilled, kind, patient, compassionate, giving & caring. My desire is to touch lives & improve the quality of life for those needing nursing care.I graduated nursing school with a 4.0, finished all but 7 months of RN school & then life happened & financially wasn't able to finish. Now unfortunately many of my classes have expired, but I'm ok with that lvn/rn just long as I'm nursing. I'm a 34yo mother to the BEST 16yo in the WORLD & very happily married woman.I'm originally from GA & I've got the southern drawl to prove it.I love animals of all kinds & believe they're a gift from God. I'm saved by grace through faith (thank you Jesus), I'm spiritual not religious. I'd never push my beliefs on you. I speak through my actions & hope they reflect evidence of something bigger than myself (God) working through me.Experience in staff development, psych care, hospital settings (med-surg & telemetry) & long term care.I have a heart for the elderly.Looking for a better opportunity. I became a caregiver because it is always something i wanted to do. i have the passion and attitude for this field. i like being a CNA because i know i can make a difference. i get a thrill out of making sure people are cared for the right way. i go the extra mile. i clock out and stay a few minutes. i like to get to know my clients and how they feel about things. i like to listen to the stories some have. I am proud of making a difference, seeing them happy, smiling, and i have learned a various of things even down to the shots. i wouldn't have a problem with being a RN at all. I like to learn various things to help my experience. i tend to have a passionate heart. I pray and talk to those who are christians. I like reading, computers, experimenting and staying busy. I have always wanted to be a nurse and work in the health care fields.

Hello Everyone!! I am Arquavious Davis and I am a PCA/CNA. I have been certified for nine years now. I have been in this field for quite a while. I am a expert when it comes to seeing about my patients. I take care of them as if I were taking care of one my kids or family members. I believe that all should get treated equally despite the situation they are in. I first started off doing youth apprenticeship work out of crisp county high school which showed us in so many ways how things would be going in and out of a medical facility. I then obtained my CPR license the year of me graduating from high school and obtain a certificate for health care. So then on I took on the responsibility of becoming a patient care assistant then becoming a certified nurses assistant. I have been working in and out of homes from facility to facility. I enjoy what I do as an assistant meaning I love giving the intellectual, physical, and emotional help that they need. I have many achievements but one that I have received and will always remember is one of my bosses giving me the most outstanding recommendations to other facilities.

Im a great healthcare provider I'm compassionate always on time and a hard worker and really enjoy helping other. I have 11 yrs experience in healthcare and 3 1/2 yrs As a CNA. I think if we as the caregiver or CNA's are more understanding to the patient or resident everything will go much better.
