Hello, I'm Ariel I've been working in the caregiving field for 4 years. I've worked mostly nursing homes, so I'm really interested in the one on one caregiving style. I have experience in CPR, first aid, AED training, and medication administration. I'm also familiar with memory care, worked it for 2 years. I got my STNA (state tested nursing assistant) license in 2018 through my high school's college program. I've worked for three nursing facilities and two agencies. I just love getting to know my residents, they always have such beautiful and timeless stories to tell, talking to them is truly my favorite pass time.

I am easy going, I work at the clients pace, I like to interact with the clients, by listening to their old stories, to playing board games. On nice days, I like to get the clients outside, so they can feel the sun on their face, and so they don't feel couped up inside. I could take them to the park, or go for a walk if they are capable. I always put my clients needs above mine. I try to keep a positive atmosphere , so the clients are happy. I have worked in nursing homes, so I have experience with handling Full Care Patients, I have worked in assited living home, so I have exerience with just assisting with my patients, and I have also been a Caregiver in Homehealth Care, so I have experienced patients who just wants Companionship; which is the best part of my job.

I orginally received my STNA in 1990 when I was a freshman in high school, and I have been doing that type of work since. I absolutely love taking care of people, helping them in their time of need, meeting their needs in advance, organizing their life and being a companion and a friend. I love what I do and am very passionate about it.

I have only ever worked in an "at home" atmosphere, so I understand the needs and preference of keeping loved ones at home. I truly enjoy care for older clients, they are so intriguing and caring, which makes them easy to care for in my opinion. Hello, my name is Angela Dave. I am 20 years old almost 21. I have been doing healthcare work since I've been in high school and have been a certified STNA since a senior in high school. When I was a Jr. in high school I got pregnant and gave birth to my son 1 week before my senior year started. That's when I really buckled down and started to focus on what I need and want to do with my life because I had a whole other life to take care of. My son is now 3 and I've worked in a couple different areas of the healthcare field. In the beginning I did mostly STNA work in nursing homes, then I changed that up a bit and started doing home Health Care work. After high school I went to Mount Union for a year to persue my nursing license. When I went out to school my son wasn't even 1 yet and we were their by ourselves so it got a little difficult. After a year of that I decided it would be best for me to just work for the moment and focus on my son because trying to all three on my own was a little difficult. When I moved back home I started doing some home healthcare work and with that I really enjoyed it. I liked it better then the nursing home environment because you can better get to know your patients and build a relationship with them. I have always been a very giving person and have always had the desire to help someone else.
