Hello, I consider myself a warm, compassionate person with a gift of patience. I empathize with many because I know what it feels like to need someone one to lend a hand and how difficult it may be to ask for that help when needed. At age 15, I cared for my dying mother and father, and decided to dedicate my life to be of service to others who could no longer care for themselves. I can honestly say that care giving brings out the best in me. When I see a need, whether it be physical, mental or spiritual one, I am challenged to work with the families to help fulfill that need. Everyone deserves that kind of experience in life and I believe everyone needs somebody. I am very proud to be a caregiver for the last 35 years and the families I have met have enriched my life and have helped me grow as a person. Care giving is a choice to make the world a better place.

I have been a certified EMT since 2004 and have gained extensive experience working at Northwell Health, where I served for 12 years. Currently, I am enrolled in nursing school, furthering my education to expand my skills and enhance my contributions to patient care. I do have a car available, I am unable to transport a patient in my vehicle. This is due to the fact that the insurance policy covering the car is not in my name, and therefore, I do not have the appropriate coverage to ensure the safety and liability required for such transportation. $30.00 per hour
