Hi, i am Vita, a nursing assistant and paraprofessional. I have been working now more than 9 years as a home caregiver for clients plus 3 years of experience working with children who have disability. I'd say what makes me a good caregiver is my compassion for others & Positive demeanor. What sets me out from most would definitely be dedication & patience. When your doing something you love to do it really makes work not feel like a job & that's why I'm a caregiver. Giving someone the help they need is something we all deserve. The way I see it is -if providing my help was the least I did, then id enjoy the rest of my life knowing I made a difference. Really, It's a win- win situation!!!

My positive attitude towards caregiving makes me a great caregiver. People person - Since caregivers interact with residents and other caregivers for much of the day, they must enjoy working with people. These should be people that light up and smile while talking with others. I like making someone smile and doing little things to make a person's day better. My personal achievement is when a member of family realize my care towards the old man or woman is progressively fine.

I'm become Cna since 2008 I really like my job help the people make feel better. I'm hard worker, easy going , like to learn new skills and spend time with my patients. I'm good learner, fun, nice. I'm proud to be what I'm I need improve and learn more.

I am a very loving, caring and attentive person. I transfer that positive energy to my patients, which help them in their daily lives. Once they are happy, clean, you are creating a bond between you and them. My character and my ability to work in this field as a caregiver, linked so well. My personal achievement: A patient was sent home and was given 2 weeks to live. I took care of her and she lived for 5 years. Being a caregiver has broaden my knowledge of caring others and their situations.

I started caregiving for a couple reasons. My main reason was that, when my grandmother first got sick in 2013, I saw the nurses that took care of her well and and the ones that didn't. I hated feeling like she wasn't getting the best care possible. I thought maybe if I started doing this, it would be a great personal gain to see the families that I can help. I found out about the current job I have now, because I was really desperate for a job, and stumbled across this company. I found out it was caregiving, which made me excited, but it was more than that. I caregive for mentally and physically disabled adults, ages 21 to 60. It's really one of the most personally rewarding things I've ever done. I absolutely love it. I am a very nurturing person, I care very deeply. The best thing about being a caregiver, is seeing how happy the families of my clients are when they see what we do for the clients. The families are usually very thankful and it just makes me feel good that I can do something so special for them.

I first started as a caregiver in 2005. I had my Certified Nursing Assistent license but it expired, I also worked in an Assistent Living facility. I was an assistant living caregiver caring for residents after a few months I also started the Med Tech position, giving residents their medication. I really enjoy being a caregiver, it's a great feeling of staisfatcion and peace knowing you can help the ealderly bond with them and make a difference in someone's life.
