I am a great caregiver, because I always do my best with alot of passion. My goal is to comport, encourage and make my client feel much better than I found them. Also i remind my clients to count their blessings more than what their facing on a daily basis. I always wanted to be caregiver because i knew i am capable and talented in bringjng a difference in people's daily life. I enjoy alot of things while I am delivering direct care to my clients . But one thing that stands out, when my client is doing much better that I found them because my care it brings alot of joy and encouragement that my goal as a caregiver is meet. Being a caregiver i am proud of myself when my clients gets to know that I care about their well being and tbeir progress in their daily life. I have a passion for care giving I was a fully qualified registered nurse in the UK and I have provided care for patients living in their own homes for over 20 yrs. I love it. I've worked in a respiratiry ward in the UK in the North Middlesex University Hospital caring for tracheostomy patients discharged from the ICU ward. Cared for patients with Asthma, COPD and acute respiratory conditions in a hospital settings for 3 years. Prior to the hospital experience I care for an Alzheimer's patient in her own home as a live in carer for 9 and a half years until she passed away at 94 years old. I worked in a residential home as well. Ihave a lot of experience.

My personality traits that I'm naturally a caring person and have compassion for others. I love to help others. I feel like God has blessed me with the skills and ability to have a caring heart. I strive to make your loved ones journey as safe & productive as possible. I love nurturing . One of my favorite experiences being a caregiver are the families that I meet and become close with. They become family to me too. I took care of my husband who passed after 19 years of cancer, my grandparents , who both suffered from Alzheimer's. Spent numerous years working in a rest home & for private clients in their home. Here I've learned many skills for many areas where disease affects family. If you choose me to be a part of your care team I'm confident I can complete any task asked of me. I've currently relocated from anchorage alaska in July 2014.I was at my past employer for twenty-three years.I worked in a dementia/al unit.I love my job completely I enjoy the smiles an awards that are on their faces at the end of the day.I became a caregiver when my grandma died of breast cancer when I was eight.She told me I had a gift an I needed to stick with it.

Greetings, I've discovered that regardless of someones health condition or disability everyone deserves to have a good quality life and to be happy, thats way I became a "Compassionate Caregiver" it is so important to provide compassionate care to thoughes that need caring for. One of my good friends was in a car accident that left him as a Quadriplegic, now being such a young man, he became very depress with life and I had a problem with that so I decided to learn how to care for him and I did just that. I started by being Trained by the Healthcare facility free of charge were he lived. I started class room and hands on training for eight weeks and I had taken a CPR course. I did this so my friend could have a quality life. I also taken a course on how to transfer Quadriplegic patients so that I could transfer him the correct way from his wheel chair to my car and from the car to his wheelchair and back into the facility were he was living, that alowed us to go places, Dr appointments and places he liked going to. Then he stoprd looking at his self deficiencies but instead, he started loving life once again and loving people and we made the best of things. So he begin enjoying are times together once again just like old times and thats how I became a Home Healthcare Provider.
