Hello my name is Shonesha and I have been in Healthcare since 2007 and have been licensed since 2011. I am very patient, dependable, outgoing. I have worked with all type of patients.

I naturally have an urge to help others, my main priority is helping other people wholeheartedly. Empathy, compassion, Patience, Reliable, Trustworthy. Flexible. I enjoyed taking care of elder family members especially my grandparents, since then I have dedicated my time in doing work that has the potential to make a difference in someone's life. I enjoy getting familiar with patients and accommodating their special health needs. Spending one on one time with my patients and knowing that they trust me enough to care for them, especially in the comfort of their homes. I've invested over 20 years of work experience both hospitals and in home care giving. As well as formal education and extensive training CPR/First Aid, Certified Nursing Assistant, Emergency Room Technician, Patient Care Technician, Certified Phlebotomy and EKG Technician. Learning new skills and take continuing education to do my job well.

I become a caregiver of my Mother-in-law for 6years, I realize I enjoy taking care of the elderly so I decided to do it and accept the offer of a friend to take care of her Mother-in-law and Father-in-law. I care for them just like my own parents. I'Am a compassionate caring person, I always give my best. FYI fully vaccinated

I am a energetic, reliable, compassionate, respectful person and I believe that these traits help me to be a wonderful caregiver. I am very passionate about what I do and love the satisfaction I get from servicing people. I was attracted to this job because it's very similar to what I wanted to go to school for; which was nursing. I later changed my major to speech language pathology and I love it! I enjoy keeping my clients company, assisting them in anything they need assistance with. One of the personal achievements is gaining knowledge about this field, since 2013 I have been able to learn so much and work with different companies as well.

As a Certified Nurse Aide of 30 plus years, I always give 101% of my service in caring for my clients. I am passionate of my work and love my job. As a young girl growing up I always felt strong about studying in the nursing field to advance in my career. I'm flexible, reliable, along with punctual. Nonetheless, I have capabilities to perform required duties such as walking, exercise, shopping, and transportation to health providers. Throughout my career choice as a caregiver, I have grown and become more compassionate and I love my profession.

I'm a certified phlebotomist with years of experience with caring for others. I just love seeing people happy and reach their full potential. I also have childcare experience as well. I'm a peoples person/people pleaser I'm very caring and loving and hard-working.

I enjoy working with people most especially the elderly ones. Having one-on-one interactions being a companion to them.I have passion for this job and being compassionate .

The reason I became a caregiver is because when I was younger I took care of my grandmother and feel in love with the fact me taking care of someone with a passionate heart like mines. What I like most about being a caregiver is I love helping people. My personal achievement I'm proud of is that if I put a smile on my clients face my job has been done. As long as they are happy I'm happy. Hard worker, dependable, motivated, trust worthy, family oriented, great cook I'm very dependable, hard worker, motivated,family oriented and a person that gets the job done with no problem.

Greetings, I've discovered that regardless of someones health condition or disability everyone deserves to have a good quality life and to be happy, thats way I became a "Compassionate Caregiver" it is so important to provide compassionate care to thoughes that need caring for. One of my good friends was in a car accident that left him as a Quadriplegic, now being such a young man, he became very depress with life and I had a problem with that so I decided to learn how to care for him and I did just that. I started by being Trained by the Healthcare facility free of charge were he lived. I started class room and hands on training for eight weeks and I had taken a CPR course. I did this so my friend could have a quality life. I also taken a course on how to transfer Quadriplegic patients so that I could transfer him the correct way from his wheel chair to my car and from the car to his wheelchair and back into the facility were he was living, that alowed us to go places, Dr appointments and places he liked going to. Then he stoprd looking at his self deficiencies but instead, he started loving life once again and loving people and we made the best of things. So he begin enjoying are times together once again just like old times and thats how I became a Home Healthcare Provider.

I am a compassionate,friendly,respectful and loyal individual with a dedicated heart. I have always have passion for caring as little as I could remember as a child,I love caring.
