I began working in a nursing home while in high school. I enjoyed taking the time to care for my clients in the home on a daily basis. For 40 intermittent years I have care for many different types of people who needed assistance and help with their daily lives. I very much enjoy caring for alzheimers patients and also dementia. I've worked with Parkinson's disease clients, multiple sclerosis, The sheer fact of making their responsibilities easier satisfies me.

Gardening is something l like doing sometimes when l have spare time. Taking care of people in need is my passion. My Father Passed on a few years ago and that even made my passion for people in need even more compassionate. He needed someone to help him with his ADLs, while l was away, but it was so unfortunate he didn't get the care he needed. So when l am helping someone, especially someone of my dads age, l feel happy and know that my dad is happy watching me give a hand to someone else.
