I am a health care aid with 12 year experience as a caregiver. I have worked with dementia patients as well as patients with other mental and physical disabilities. Very caring and compassionate with others. I am understanding of patient's needs and willing to do whatever it takes to make them as comfortable as possible. I myself had the experience of difficult situations and my goal is to satisfy patient's needs. I am currently enrolled in school to get into the nursing field. My compassion got me wanting to first become a caregiver. i truly care for people especially those in need, if i can make them smile my heart sings. I am very attentive to the needs and changes that take place. i make myself aware of the emotional and or physical changes that take place with whom i am caring for. i am dependable and show up to provide the care that the person needs and is depending on. Most important i am trustworthy and will not breach that trust by taking advantage of whomever i am caring for.

I am punctual, very compassionate about what I do for people who have lost some independence from a life event. Compassion for the family involved to help lessen the burden. Hi! My name is Sabrina Carson. I'm 42yrs old. After 15 yrs of staying at home to raise my 3 children, a caregiving opportunity had been presented to me. I took that opportunity 6 yrs ago and I've been a Caregiving ever since. I like to think that I have a natural approach when it comes to caring for someone. There's no better feeling than being able to assist someone (who otherwise struggles on their own) in accomplishing their daily life's tasks. I sincerely enjoy helping someone concur milestones and/or helping them to achieve and even surpass their goals. To see that sense of accomplishment on one's face feeds their confidence and that feeds my soul. The reason for becoming a caregiver is that I wanted more 1 to 1 interactions with patients being that working at the hospital patients come and go and it's extremely difficult to build relationships. I have since taken care of a patient (hired privately) for 3 years and she has now passed. I am looking to care for someone wholeheartedly & willing to build relationships with the family as well in order to achieve the best quality of life to those in need.
