Hello! My name is Jessica. I am very passionate about helping others! This field of work gives me the opportunity to do that, while also giving family the peace of mind that they need regarding their loved ones. It is important for me to show compassion and understanding through my work and attitude. I am willing to do an array of tasks an individual may need. Also, if an individual simply needs errands ran or needs someone to keep up with housework, I'm up for that as well. I'm negotiable and flexible to work with!

I have worked in the healthcare most of my life. I became a DSP around 2003-2004 I loved it so much that I went and got my CNA license nursing homes for a few years. But then decided to take time off to take care of my children. Not realizing that I let my CNA license expire. So I went back to the thing that I love my DSP job at Glenbrook in Vienna , where I knew and loved everyone there. But I decided to dip my hand into the cooking career got my certifications and have been doing that ever since. I am energetic and hard-working. I put my everything into what I do and their isn't anything that I can't accomplish when I put my mind to it . Cook DSP, CNA , mother , bestfriend, daughter I've pretty much live the life of a caregiver this is my life and I love every min I will continue to do for as long as I can. I am a daughter of Registered Nurse and granddaughter of an Home Caregiver, so I have always saw how great it was to assist someone in need. I have a passion for helping people and taking care of needs they may not be able to. I am currently going to school to receive my CNA license. I've also been CPR certified and Covid vaccinated.

I have 8 years of Geriatric Care in Nursing homes, Assisted living facilities and in home care. I enjoy helping others and will continue my education to become a nurse practitioner and be able to provide health care to various ages of life through my career.

I do my best to maintain a positive outlook and attitude each day no matter what challenge arises. Im compassionate to others. I enjoy making conversation, cooking, animals, nature and music. I always put everyone I love and care about above me. I became attracted to caregiving while taking care of my grandmother. Being close to her my whole life has really shaped me into this career. Im somewhat old fashioned. I can't explain it, I've just always loved taking care of others. I enjoy the time i get to spend knowing and sharing memories with a client. Those small talks.. And the fact that they know they're not alone in their situation. Helping those who've always helped or taken care of us is a high privelege. Im most proud of my loved ones and taking care of my grandmother.

My personality traits is that I'm creative, responsible, caring, and outgoing. What attracted me to be a caregiver is the amount of help that's needed in the world and I wanted to be someone that's apart of it. I've been a caregiver for a little over 5 years now. The one thing I enjoy most about caregiver is meeting and getting to know the client. My personal achievement that I am most proud of is buying a house this year.
