I was raised by my grandparents all the way up till high school. While living with them they instilled countless of values and morales. Which is why upon graduating with my B.S. from Houston Christian Univeristy, I returned home to look after them. Through them and my professional experience i've learned tremendous patience and how to properly address and handle any situation a care giver may experience. I was officially hired as my grandfathers provider through the VA when he reached 100% disability until his passing at 102. I have since worked for two other home care agencies, and have over 2 years of experience professionally. I am also sponsored by Project Arriba, while I complete a 2-year Echocardiography program at EPCC. I can say with confidence I am able to effectively and superbly perform any task as a caregiver and provide exceptional customer service.

Patience is my best trait when working with patients and helping them overcome any challenge or question they might encounter and by doing this the patient will feel comfortable by demonstrating active listing and genuinely caring and showing interest in all their needs. I like being a caregiver because i was able to help take care both of my grandparents and working in a hospital setting really showed me how much help the elderly need. As a caregiver i will meet any issues the patient might need, show compassion and listen, help with their needs which makes me happy that i'm there to help. Im proud of one of my achievements and it was helping a patient that was choking with their food. I was able to preform CPR and dislodge the piece of food which saved his life.

I have been a cna/caregiver for over 30 years, I started at the age of 17 I knew I wanted to help people our elderly population I love what I do and am a loyal compassionate caregiver. At the moment I can work weekends in the mornings for anyone who is interested your loved one will be in good hands, will be treated with dignity and respect as they should as they have earned it

I have been in the medical field for 12 years. I am empathetic and motivated when it comes to helping others. I have compassion for my patients as well as outside of my occupation. My experience as a caregiver began with a family member, who I assisted till their passing which was around my mid 20s. I pursued a degree towards medical because I saw the difference it made as well as endless rewards. This is truly a personal achievement I hold dear to my heart and count my blessings every day.

I became a caregiver/CNA because I get great joy helping people. I have always as a child, helped people. Even if i couldn't do much I would try my hardest to do all that I could. Becoming a CNA was the best thing and the most accomplished move that I've done in my life. I have 20 years experience as a CNA and I am very observant with my patients and detect when there is a change in their behavior or health. I take my job very seriously and I put my heart in everything that I do for my patients.

I believe everybody should feel the best they can no matter what their age or disability and if I could help you to do that I will. I am very patient, respectful, and understanding. I took care of my parents for several years up to their last days. My healthy strong father suddenly became ill and was a mystery to the doctors for a long time. I was there by his side through much suffering and surgeries and through it all he was uplifting and gracious. My mom then became ill and I did everything I could for her. She was amazing. I like to help others if I can.

I love what I do . I truly feel that this what I am meant to do on earth . I have worked with children to the elderly. The most rewarding gain I get is that the client is happy to see me and the families are comfortable with me around their lives one

I have so many personality traits or expertise that help me to be a great caregiver starting that I am a very fun-loving, caring individual, with, a great heart and treat people like my family, with, respect and dignity. I am also, very dedicated and very patient. Of the many things that attracted me of being a caregiver, is that I strive to make a difference in the people's lives and i simply want to help out the clients and their families who are seeking help. Of the many things I enjoy being a caregiver is that I enjoy putting smiling faces on people. I enjoy being there and lend a helping hand. One of my personal achievements that I am proud of is knowing that I can build people's trust in me to allow me to take care of them and to build relationships as if we we're like all a family, which, practically that is really who we are, all a family.
