Some expertise that helps me be a great care giver is experience, I've worked in facilities, home care and memory care when it comes to caregiving. Over the years I've learned a lot of techniques and different ways to do things that will help the person I'm taking care of/ assisting in the most comfortable way for them. What attracted me to become a caregiver is caring for people who can't care for them selves, whether it be someone who is injured, someone who's in recovery, someone who can't walk, someone who can't talk and do things for their selves. I was attracted to caregiving because I get to help the person with what they need and hopefully help them recover or just give them good memories and go further in life with the best days and many days after. What I enjoy the most about caregiving is knowing every day I'm going to help someone through their day and make it as fun, easy and comfortable as possible. I get to help them with their daily activities and possibly put a smile on their face as I help them. I get to grow a bond with the person I'm caring for and help them look forward to every day that comes next. I enjoy caregiving because as a mother it's just a natural instinct to want the best for the person and help them with whatever needs they need no matter what it is. I am compassionate and attentive to my clients. I do thorough job. The safety of my clients come first. I listen to them and hold conversation with them even when they don't make sense in the case of dementia. I'm observant and prompt on my job. I have worked as a CNA for more than 10 years. I have worked in the hospital, nursing homes and homes although my CNA license expired. I am also registered in the California State Registry for home care giver. I'm also in the data base as a CNA in the state of California but expired license.

Caregiving job is rewarding for the right person. I am that person. I enjoyed taking care, interacting and providing quality of life for your elderly family members. I take pride in my attention to details and approach. Working with another human is not a cookie cutter job. I understand this very well. I have 8 years of caregiving experience ,I worked with hundreds of unique clients. I started as a CNA and worked in a dementia facility. I'm also a certified phlebotomist. I'm happy to work with your family.
