As of October 4, 2022 I'm current with all COVID-19 vaccine shots and on Oct 4, 2022 I got the newest booster shot. I have been a IP ( Independent Provider ) Hospice/CNA nurse for 10 plus years now after obtaining my license in 2011. But been a caregiver for over twenty years now. My certification includes experience working with Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Cancer, Autism, Mental Health, Nurse Delegation, Sundowner's, Stroke/Brain Bleed, Stroke with AFO brace, Cerebral Palsy, PSP ( Progressive Supranuclear Palsy) and Diabetes. I am CPR certified. I have my own transportation, non smoker, and have a clean driving record. I love working with people, but my passion is to work with senior citizens. I enjoy reading, cooking, scrapbooking, listening to music, love doing puzzles and playing with my three small dogs. I am handy in both house and yard work. The part I love most about what I do is the smiles and enjoyment that I can see on my clients faces from the care and help I give them. My most recent work has consisted of taking care of a ninety-six year old sweet lady with Dementia/cancer. I am patient and detail oriented, and attentive to patient care. I wanted to become a caregiver once I realized, how many people in the world are in need of care. I also realized how many people are being neglected when it comes to patient care, so initially I wanted to provide the proper care to people in need. My name is Jordan Fivecoats I grew up with my mom owning adult foster homes. I worked in the adult care home industry for over three years specializeing in Trumatic brain injuries. I started working At 18. When I was younger than 18 I volunteered at assisted living homes and helped around the house with activities and helping the residents eat, I read to the residents and just enjoyed helping them out, and that's what made me want to spend my time with elderly people.

Hello! My Name is Myia Clarke and I am 24 years old. I have been working in care facilities and in homes since I moved back to Oregon in 2013. I graduated high school my junior year in Jackson Tennessee in 2013 before moving back to my home state. I started my caregiving career at 17 years old as a housekeeper and moved my way up through the years as I got older and eventually was Human Resources for a facility. I enjoyed it very much, but preferred to work hands on with clients for a better relationship. Choosing to be a caregiver was one of the EASIEST choices I've made as I've always considered myself one even before I was working age. I am the "Momma Bear" of my family.

I have been a CNA now for 30 years, I love working with the elderly, I plan on someday going back to school to become a Nurse. For now I want to take a break from Long-term care and do something different for a change
