My name is Rosa Salazar. I have experience working as a caregiver for 5 years. I enjoy assisting elderly people and have a campion to be there for them. My passion working as a caregiver is helping who need help and not be lonely.

I have been a caretaker most of my adult life. I took care of my mother for several years while she was ill with Lupus and worked in several nursing homes, assisted living and independent living facilities. I understand the worry of having someone to assist and keep your love one company and ensuring that they are well "looked" after while you are away. I have been a certified nurse's assistant and activty director for both nursing homes and assisted living facilities and I understand the importance of keeping people activite and happy. Taking care of elderly or sick people is my passion. I cook very well, sew, do arts and crafts and can lead low to high elements of exercise. I know professional techniques to get my clients engaged or just make them laugh. I assist with bathing, light housekeeping and of course by this message you can tell I love to talk; and if your loved-one is a religious person, I don't mind reading scriptures or praying either. I enjoy being a caregiven and I genuinely care about my clients and their family. I just recently retired from Job Corps after working there 20+ years taking care of at risk youth in a residential setting. After retirement, I decided to go back to working with Seniors as an Activity Director and care taker.

I am originally from Columbus TX but I recently moved to Gonzales TX last year. I have been a stay at home mom to two beautiful boys since last March but I am excited and eager to start working again! I have always been described as a very bubbly person and I have never been someone who hesitates when it comes to helping others. I try my best to learn and adapt to my environment as quickly as possible. When I lived in Columbus I helped out my elderly grandpa as much as I could and learned a lot about caregiving through those experiences. Some of my favorite memories are watching old westerns with him and sitting and listening to all of his stories. I'm Kimberlee, I live in Harwood with my husband, my 12 year old son and my 5 month old daughter! I enjoy helping people and I am easy to get along with. I like being able to Assist clients so they can stay in their home as long as possible. I was with the USPS for 7 years and really enjoyed building relationships with my customers!

I'm new to the nursing industry and recently got my license. I work at a nursing and rehabilitation facility.

It started when I was in 7th grade when my mom miscarried at home. Once i heard her asking for help it was like instinct kicked in and I jumped in without hesitation calming her down and cleaning her at the same time. I was given a plaque from our Mayor for the heroics of that day. I later pursued my CNA license after graduation and worked in the field until a work related accident sidelined me. I enjoy the conversations and satisfaction of being there for the patient.

I'm very kind and helpful, I would love to try something new and help elderly as much as I can so I wanted to give it a try I help my grandmother....so it doesn't help to try to help others grandmothers or grandfathers

I became a part-time caregiver years ago when we discovered my dad had dementia in the 90s. I have always been a caregiver in my family . My background is in finance. Kids got to college and I decided I'd do what was in my heart! Love being a companion and helpful Guide when I'm needed in a shopping, cooking, housekeeping and overall balancing act for someone who just needs some assistance.
