A little bit about me: I'm a God-fearing woman, proud patriot, & natural-born citizen of the USA. I possess genuine qualities and natural ability to be a care-giver. I'm experienced, punctual, trustworthy, compassionate, patient, humorous, & hard-working. I specialize in at-home hospice care as a private care-giver. References provided upon request. Additionally, I offer ADL services to seniors who are not on hospice, but might need assistance in different capacities. Listening, serving, being a part of my client's life story is an honour and a privilege. I don't mind if your home is a little dusty. I'm a handy-dandy housekeeper! I love to organize and tidy. I have no problem with pets (as long as I'm not on their menu). I have been a caregiver for 12 years i am caring and compassionte individual i excel in caring for others. I have worked with patients with all kinds of illness and care about there well being they're well being is what is my main focus.

Caregiving is my life. I didn't realize I wanted to pursue a carrer in caregiving until last year but it's something I've always done. For 2 yrs prior to my change of profession i would for 2 summers cook food, for 30-45 people ,and go to my local parks and feed our homeless Anaheim residents. Prior to my change of ambitions in becoming an RN i wanted to become a chef just to feed those who don't have the pleasure of eating daily . It might sound corny but i was born to be a caregiver , caring for others isn't a job at all;its a passion. I don't mind waking up daily 5 days a week to care for my loved ones, that's who they are to me now, its an amazing feeling to be the first person they see on the morning and get them dolled up and ready to have spectacular days. I am passionate and compassionate about caregiving. I am very positive with a pleasant attitude and enjoy making the quality of life for the elderly as good as can be. I enjoy being bubbly and positive because sometimes the elderly can easily become depressed. I have been a caregiver since I was 14 years old starting with both of my grandparents my mother and friends and family. I realized that I enjoy doing this so when my job of 15 years laid me off I was given the opportunity to do private care for an 85 year old woman. I enjoyed spending time with the elderly taking them places if they are able playing cards watching movies and just in general helping to keep their spirits up I also enjoy and love to hear stories about their life. Personal Achievement I am most proud of particularly in my current position are that I have learned wound care and how to manage diabetes.

What makes me a great caregiver is I give my patient my full attention, I will treat them with respect, and respect all their wishes. I have worked in a nursing home for about a year now and me being able to make the patients happy and helping them is the best feeling anyone can get. I would like to help the ones in need.

Hello My name is Xenia . I'm a 21year old female . I've been a caregiver for a little over 2 years now . I love helping out elders with their daily activities and making sure they are comfortable and safe in their own home or if in a facility . Love hearing stories from them and just being there for them in general .

What makes me a great caregiver is that I enjoy what I do. To me it's not a job, it's something I get joy from and happiness. It makes me feel good about myself being able to help people who need help, it makes me want to thrive and succeed. Helping others is what I was born to do. It's something that naturally gives me happiness. I love helping others, I love making them feel cared for. I love helping them feel less lonely. I love the kind words, and wise words they tell me. Im a caring, patient, compassionate, loving person. Anyone who knows me will tell you that about me. I put others before me. At all times. I've always wanted to help others ever since I was 5 years old. I wanted to be a " heart doctor ". Then it went to me wanting to be an RN and that's my path right now. That's what I want to do for the rest of my life. I enjoy talking to people, listening to them, caring for them, and loving them. I'm so proud to have found something o enjoy and not stopping and continuing to follow my dreams to become an RN.

Being a caregiver for me is like taking care of a family member i have seen many of my family loose strenght and desire of still acompleshing task so i have the strenght and pacients to be there and give to the ones that need it. I bond with them like a family and create a respect towards them
