My name is Jovita Torres, I am a Nationally Registered Certified Surgical Technician and Nationally Registered Medical Assistant and I've been working in the medical field for more than 9 years. At such a young age I have passion for helping people. I'm in love with my profession, it has taught me many things in life. I am a responsible, compassionate, understanding and a hardworking individual, with broad skills and experience in different areas in the medical field.

My goal has always been to impact someone's life and help those in need, I decided to become a caregiver because I've always had the heart to help being a caregiver helps fulfill that part of me.

my name is anabel plascencia, i am 20 years old i live in the city of van nuys ca. i am loyal outgoing and friendly i like to set goals and challenges to overcome i am a great listener and go by the rules i am work oriented. im currently unemployed due to the lack of jobs in california and im currently seeking for a job where i can perform my credentials learned at school. which these include performing cpr, assist patient with taking vitals signs, prep for procedures, draw blood and obtain specimens. maintian nd set up patients rooms. perform EKG's and utilize pc to enter and retrieve patient data. I have special skills as in being bilingual (spanish, english), appoinment scheduling, cpt/icd-9 insurance codes, venipuntures, vacinations, vital signs, snellen charting, book keeping/accounting, microsoft word, im HIPAA and CPR certified and First Aid Card, OSHA trained. my objectives are to to find a position for which im comfortable with such as front desk, back office, or care giving where i can use my skills that i learned and where i can grow and pursue my goals in the future.

Williams, I became a care giver because i use to work with my mother when she was a care giver it was so nice seeing how happy her clients where when they saw me with her, that is also what i love most about this job. i get to make someone day, let them know that someone is looking out for them and cares about and for them. I am 24 years old and love helping and working with people of all age's. I make everyone I meet laugh and smile, I love to read and have intellectual conversions and walks around the park just to walk and enjoy the beautiful world around me. I also could spend all day in the house just cleaning and reading, or watching a good show.

What makes me a great caregiver is i am willing to work with anyone, i am loving and caring. I became a caregiver because i like helping people like my father, grandmother, and grandfather. I feel happy when i know i can make someone's day by helping them.

What makes me a great caregiver is my passion to take care of others. The continuity of care I provide allows me to feel like family taking care of family. Many of my past patients have requested me personally. I became a caregiver over ten plus years ago caring for my maternal grandmother who was paraplegic. I was also a hospice caregiver for my paternal grandmother until her death eight years ago. Now I take care of my 11 year old daughter who suffers from lupus. God assigned me to the business of caring. I love being a caregiver because it fulfills my assignment from God. It completes me to know that I've assisted someone in their daily life and hopefully I've made a difference for them. The personal achievement I'd like to share is that my daughter was diagnosed eight months into my Patient Care Technician program meanwhile, I graduated on the deans list with full academic honors and a 4.0 GPA. Glory to God. Nursing is my passion and I intended on getting my BSN within the next two years

1. I became interested in becoming a caregiver because I had family members that developed illnesses in which they needed care for, so I stepped in and cared for them and their needs. 2. I enjoy being a caregiver because I'm compassionate when it comes to my patients privacy and would make my patient feel comfortable and treat them like I would like my family members to be treated. 3. I am a dedicated and loyal caregiver that cares a lot about my clients, I have experience with the elderly (geriatric), dementia, paraplegic, cerebral palsy, MS, Alzheimer's, autism, psychiatric, stroke, as well as every day companionship. I enjoy what I do, it makes me happy to be able to make someone's day easier and pleasant. I originally started in caregiving when I was young and my mother become ill with a gun shot wound and needed care. I saw a difference it make for her everyday and enjoyed the satisfaction of making her life easier. I became a care giver when my grandmother whom raised me had a stroke and was unable to care for herself . I moved her in with me and cared for her day in and day out for four years until she moved back in with my grandfather. What I like most about caregiving is being able to help others , to be there and assist them with their daily needs , to keep them as happy and comfortable as possible . I am a mother of three and one personal achievement that I have accomplished that I am proud of is finishing pharmacy technician school and showing my children you can do anything you set your heart to . Hi im Merika, im taking Medical Assistant right now. Im available from 5AM-11AM. Because of my class hours. I can do Home Health Visits, for woundscare.
