First off, I would like to say that I very much have a heart for the elderly. I love engaging with them in conversation, and find myself drawn to caring for them. I sense that they quickly feel comfortable with me. Generally speaking, I am a very patient and compassionate person who can sense what is going on in the heart of another. I very much enjoy the process of getting to know somebody and finding out how I can best help them. As a nurse assistant, I'm very attentive, detail oriented, and enjoy organizing and planning. Hello everyone, I am Janaya. I have a pleasant and friendly personality with the ability to help patients feel comfortable and confident that they are receiving the best care possible, regardless of their situation. I think I feel a special compassion for elderly patients because I am very close to my aunt and great grandmother and I have cared for them for 2 years. I've always been the type of person to lend out a helping hand. A personal achievement that I am very proud of is graduating high school early, and being able to start college early !

I got into the Nursing field because I wanted to be in a career that helped people, I wanted to bring joy to people in unhappy situations.Working in Nursing Homes a lot of the workers are there for the wrong reasons, I understand that I am one unfortunate incident from being in their shoes and will want someone kind caring for me. And if could bring joy & happiness to someone in their last days I want to.

I am a part-time student attending Solano Community College studying to become a teachers aide. I chose a temporary career in care giving to fully expand love and care for the elderly. I lived in the east bay area for about 15 years, taking care of my father who had a stroke in 2006, and was bedridden due to a car accident in 2015. With my mother being a certified nursing assistant, I was able to gain knowledge on how to properly care for a patient.

My family has a lot of nurses and CNA. My mother is a RN so I feel like caring for others is in my blood I say. This helped me decide to ge a Cargiver just growing up with my mother helping people helped me want to help people. I love caring for people because it makes me feel so good inside knowing I helped someone or even tired to help someone. My achievements I am proud of is having my son and going to CNA school and right now I am working on going to Phlebotomy school. Caring for others is all I know and I treat all my clients with love and great care.

I am a responsible caregiver who takes a high level in compassion towards my patients and/or clients, including families and friends. I take into consideration to making sure that I understand what is expected of me to perform, balance out and complete job tasks. Making sure to meet the patient and/or clients needs with the organization. Also, administering all medical instructions precisely with the experiences of updates in care plan with and/or medication distributions. It is my pleasure to assist while achieving what it takes to be the best Caregiver at the end of my day knowing that I have given my care and support to help and relieve the stressors and discomforts to reassure my patients and/or clients, families and friends inability to care for themselves.

I do non profit for the homeless, love to talk and share my day in how it is going I love to cook , I do clean , I like to go for rides to the park shopping or just walk around to window shop

. I am very compassionate about caring for others in need , I think it is important to offer help ; big or small to those whom need it . It is very rewarding to offer protection , care , smiles, and assistance .i am currently a certified nursing assistance , rather the kind of location I give care . I've always took care of the my elderly grandparents whom raised me . I've seen how much my help , helped them & now see how many are in need of the assistance . I'm proud to be able to say I can help professionally and make a big difference in one life . . I enjoy the moments when it seems like they are 25 again , when we dance and sing , when we finally can get out of bed, or help with simple daily needs with out total assistance, the days when I can console someone about the grief of state of life at the time they are in; , cooking their favorite meals . The whole entire aspect of being in someone lively hood to make it better . Bringing happiness anyway I can . . When I became a certified nurse assistant , it was the biggest test of my life . I went through every possible emotion , I endured and became stronger on the other side of it . Every night I went into taking care of 22+ patients , even times when I was the only cna on the floor 65+ residents . The nurse told me to just answer calls lights , but I wanted to work , I cared enough to stand the whole 8 hours changing. Feeding , and giving care to every patient that night . I was very proud of myself , especially because no one expected for me to go that above & beyond . I have many many moments as a cna that showed me who I was , and how strong , loving, and hardworking I can truly be . Even when I'm tired I still push through with a smile , and excellent attitude . That made me very very proud of myself .

I love providing home care giving services to those that would otherwise not be able to do so. The smile on their faces is overwhelming and makes me feel I have done my job right. I have always enjoyed helping people so I know I am doing the right thing.

I'm very passionate on being a CNA. I always pay attention to details. I took care of my residents as if it's my own family. What i enjoy being a caregiver is that i know in myself that i'm able to give my residents a quality of care. And whenever i made them smile bcoz of that, that makes me proud of myself.

I wanted to become a Caregiver because I have always been taking care of people my whole life. Every job that I have had has involved being close to people and taking care of them. This is something that comes natural to me. What I enjoy best about being a caregiver is that at the end of the day I know I did something right and I feel like I have found my purpose in life. Putting other peoples needs ahead of mines is no problem and it helps me to appreciate that no matter what I am going through there are others who are going through worse and I am able to help them. An achievement that I am proud of is losing over 50 pound. I was over weight for a long time but when I got closer to 30 years old I could feel the affects it had on my body so I set my mind to losing weight and I am glad that I did it because I no longer deal with the body aches like I had before, I have more energy, and I hardly get sick. Something about myself, I am 31 years old. I have always been a happy person. I believe in coming into work with a smile on my face. I like meeting new people and getting to know more about them. I am close to my family and I believe that family is important. I like to travel to different countries. I prefer the Islands because of the food and warm weather. I became a caregiver because I have a passion to take care of people. I love that it is rewarding. Knowing that I am there to help another person makes me feel good. I am proud that I am a single mother of one and that I have been able to take care of her by myself for the past ten years of her life. I am a hard worker, I get along great with others, I have a huge heart and I am a fast learner.

I absolutely enjoy helping the elderly. I have taken care of both my grandmothers who suffer from dementia and diabetes among other health conditions. I also have experience with many clients who made this growing career very fun. I knew this career path of helping those in need was my call. I like to make them feel comfortable and happy. What a great way to give back to those who once cared for us. The elderly don't need any of the materialistic things in life, what they want and need is great companionship. Someone who is patient, loving, caring, fun, outgoing, and has a huge strive and passion for assisting them in anything they may need especially putting a smile on their face, which brings me huge satisfaction.
