Hi, I am an older stay at home mom (48) as I adopted our daughter later in life after becoming a medical foster parent. I am available in the mornings when she is at school. I have experience with caregiving not only children but older people as well. I became an RN many years ago so I had the experience of working with medical issues,etc. I also live with my aunt when I was younger who had severe Alzheimer's and needed daily care and support. I really enjoy being able to help someone in need.

As a young adult I learned the benefit of great customer service while working at Nordstrom where they instilled good work ethic while valuing the customer and truly building report. I pursued a career in law enforcement where I practiced patience and empathy while being able to handle stressful situations in a calm demeanor. I value family bonding and relationships and spent a decade as a stay at home mother who practiced attachment parenting. I have supervised incarcerated juvenile offenders where I offered counseling and mentoring. Most recently I have been working in a school setting offering teaching assistance. Hi, my name is Jonathan, and i have lived in the Sacramento area for over 40 years. I have worked both in the construction industry and in California state service for many years. My last assignment was working on the California Medi-Cal program assisting beneficiaries receive services, and working with health plans to coordinate services. I am aware of many of the needs of the senior and disabled population, and worked for years in facilitating In Home Support Services under the Medi-Cal program. I would like to provide in person services to people in my area, since I am healthy, available and willing to help as needed. I have had friends who worked in this field in the past, and shared some of their experiences with me. I also volunteered for 5 years at a nursing home in the Sacramento area with a team providing entertainment at a weekly meeting. I think at this time it would be rewarding for me to give back to my community in providing assistance in this area.
