I am very caring and compassionate person who values familly. I'm a proud mother of four adult children and one teenager daughter whom I adopted when she was two years old. What attracted me to being a caregiver was my mother becoming ill. Although I live thousands of miles away at very short notice I was able to quickly arrange for my daughter and I to immediately travel to care for my mother. Caring for others brings me joy and great satisfaction. Over the past 20 years or so I have been called on by friends and others in my community to look after their parents, assiting with child care, providing transportation to doctors appointments , grocery shopping and house keeping services, etc. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is making others feel safe and important. One personal achievement that I am proud of is adopting my daughter. Being able to love and care for someone without exception or reservation and making them feel loved like family and safe.

I have a strong ability to empathize with others. Not only because Im a compassionate person but because I know what its like to need a helping hand or an ear to listen even another heart to care. I am a Cancer survivor and single mom of a beautiful little girl who is now 8. Im blessed to be here so Im sharing my favor to be a blessing to someone else. Im a free loving and open spirited person, mother, sister, friend, child, and professional. I love people I love learning new things and have a huge appreciation for the quality of life in everyone. Im recently relocated back home here in Sacramento California and Im excited and ready to be a helping hand.

My age is 62 and I can relate to my clients and we can talk about anything. I have help different clients and their needs. I heard about caregiving said that's what I want to do.I like helping people get some of the best of life through helping them. I've been a caregiver for a few years and I still like helping people. I still want to do this job of caregiving as far I know the rest of my career. I like my clients and they like me I know this because they ask for more hours from me. I also get phone calls from them on how I am doing. I am proud how I was calm in a 911 situation with one of my clients. I like going to work and focusing on the clients because it helps me to foget other things going on in life. My job is to focus on the client and nothing else. I am fully vaccinated with 3 booster shots

Living with my grandparents and my mom with health issues gives me a lot strength and patience. I have experienced Dementia, stoke, diabetes, COPD and companionship. I enjoyed taking care of them.
