Hello! I'm a 25 y/o single mother of two to start off... I am compassionate and trustworthy when it comes to leaving your loved ones in my care. I am a verse straight forward person with a solid morale. I enjoy to care for those knowing they cannot fully accommodate their own needs. Growing up I watched my mother (a cna of 30+ years) care for many leading me to my first big caretaking gig for my own grandmother at the age of 15. I was a live in caretaker in the end stages of my grandmas COPD. Gave her baths, administered medications, meals, housekeeping, and heartfelt company for a year and a half while she was on hospice until she passed in the summer of 2011. I had a private client who was parapalegic due to a major stroke. Unfortunately our time together was cut short when she was placed back into a senior care facility. I now care for my own to little humans and being a mom is my #1 job! But I'm looking to get back out there and spread my love and care to those who need it most.

I once lived near an elderly housing complex and saw the need of elderly who who were badly in need of help and could not afford. I began volunteering and never stop. I love helping people. I am very proud that was able to save the life of an elderly who was not aware that she had developed early stage cancer. I took her to MGH and the cancer institute for testing. She was quickly diagnosed and began treatment on that very day. She is still in remission as we speak. I am a reliable, dedicated, compassionate, loving, hard working, and a very caring individual and I love helping people. I've wor on rehab units, dementia floors, long term units and acute hospital care. I can use a hoyer maxi and Sara lift, also a gate belt, I can change a colostomy bag, put a patient on and off a cpap machine and do a elf. I give showers and or bed baths toilet patients feed patients and basically almost anything my patient would ask for just to make them feel a little more at home such as do their hair or give a manicure. I got back into care-giving last year. I worked for one agency and took care of a 95-year-old woman until she passed away last December and more recently, I also cared for her husband who became ill until hospice took over his care. I work part-time for a Winter Park agency (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and I am seeking additional work on Tuesday and Thursday and perhaps sometimes Saturday.
