I would like to start off and say that I am a mother of eight, so being a caregiver is something I'm used to on many different levels. I'm also a very quick learner, so if there's any kind of condition, diagnosis, or areas of skill that I haven't done before I will pick up very quickly and will do my best at it always. I am extremely outgoing, full of life, dependable, trustworthy, and a lover of life! My goal is always to make other people happy, and to help others see how special they are. Furthermore, in the next two months I plan on going after my CNA, and hopefully advancing my education in other areas of the medical field.

I'm a Happily Married fun-loving individual whom helped care for my Mother before here spirit ascended to heaven. It was this experience that allowed me to make the necessary changes in life and career. From Fine Dining Management to Medical. It has been an interesting transition; one thing is for certain, after having 25+ years in Customer Service Management ...those skills are the very skills that have carried me through.

I am a college student seeking to get my degree in the medical field. I have all my certifications for needed qualifications to be a HHA/care giver. I am in need of a few hours a week willing to pay more than what I regularly get payed. I currently work as a HHA/Caregiver 7 days a week!

Hi! My name is Emily, and I'm a senior studying Psychology at UF. I've been a caregiver in many different capacities since age thirteen when I had my first babysitting job. Since then I've had experience working at a children's daycare, a preschool, a retirement community, an Alzheimer's day center, and a home-health agency that provides services to the elderly. I have loved interacting with the elderly ever since I was a little girl. I discovered this by the joy that I felt when I would go with a group from my church to sing Holiday carols at nursing homes every year. I plan on going to going to graduate school for Applied Behavior Analysis, and my dream is to work as a behavior analyst with the geriatric population.
