I am EMT Certified and I am currently enrolled in the Paramedic Program. I have always loved teaching children and watching them grow up. I have a passion to help others that is why I am going into Emergency medicine. I worked at a Christian Academy Preschool for a year and it was the best job I ever had. I was able to spend my whole day with two year olds. I would teach them songs and dances. I would also teach them numbers, shapes, and the alphabet.

I have been a nurse assistant for 9 years and homecare for 6 years. I'm currently working at night and looking to change I do light housekeeping, errands, respite care and companionship. I'm down to earth easy to get alone with passionate about what I do for living I loving caring and helping people.

I am a great caregiver for the simple fact that this field is my passion, my heart is completely dedicated not only to caregiving but healthcare in general. I am currently a student at the University of Central Florida studying Health service administration. For years my dream has been to establish my own nursing home program for the elderly and for individuals with disabilities. In 2012, I began working with individuals with disabilities, caring for them amongst other services also and every since then my heart and passion for this field has grown more and more.

I have a very easy going personality and that has helped me feel comfortable when I am with families and clients who come from all walks of life. I first became a caregiver while working at Shands hospital in Gainesville Florida, I saw a huge need with my patients who wanted to be at home but was unable to be alone and was also not ready for a nursing home. I would help them get set with equipment needed in their homes and help take care of them until they no longer needed assistance or the majority of the time until they passed away. This lead me to meeting nurses and doctors who would recommend me to other clients and that is how my business started. I have traveled with clients when they are unable to travel without assistance. I would travel with them to visit family or maybe a second home they own and other times just because they wanted a vacation. I have experience with making reservations when traveling, setting up clinic visits if the client has medical needs that would need to be addressed while on vacation. I feel like this is my calling in life and feel so blessed I am able to help others stay in their homes or facilities and be happy and healthy for as long as possible.

I AM A 64 YRS OLD BLK CNA HAS been in the field for 43 yrs my last employment were at GHCC for 21 yrs and before that i worked for ANCC which is now called parkland hcc, i were there for 17 yrs .i am now retired and help take care of my 91 yrs old mother at her home i have a passion for caring for older people i love the lord if we live we are all going to get old and need a careing person to care for us hpoe they love it as much as i do .
