People who need care often take longer to complete simple tasks therefore you need patience. Empathy and understanding are absolutely necessary and because of it I have a lot of compassion when it comes to working with seniors. I have been a caregiver for over 20 years and still to this day, I love it. Helping others that can barely do the things that were easy or normal to them is something I love.
