Hey! I am krystyan, I am 26 yrs old an a mom of two. I have taken care of my grandparents over the last five years services I provided include, shopping/running errands, managing medication, dressing and light hygiene care, companionship, light cleaning and transportation to and from doctors appointments. While caring for them I was working to complete my bachelors degree in business and I did! Now that I have moved back home I am excited to grow my skills and experience and my own business as well!

I absolutely love being a caregiver! Not only do I care for your loved one but their food, shopping, house, pets, plants and whatever else needed. I also have a clip on camera that records visual and audio of our day together. I ensure peace of mind and the best quality of care attainable. Crossing paths with so many different stories and diverse patients is the highlight of my career choice. I became a caregiver before I became an adult. I knew when I used to help my grandmother care for her parents that this is what I wanted to be. I was blessed enough to assist my adult relatives with my great grandparents when their time came to an end. I would sit and care for my great grandparents while the adults had to work and I am so fortunate to have been able to have had that time with them, making my fondest memories of them.

As a Caregiver and a registered Home Health Aide since 2011, I take great pride in my work and in my clients and their families as well. I work hard to ensure my client is always comfortable, safe and well taken care of. I am very reliable, punctual and trustworthy. As a Christian I hold true to my beliefs and take those values with me to work. I have my own reliable transporation. I have insurance and am comfortable with ALL pets. I do not smoke and I like to use up all my time properly and adequately when on the clock. Basically, to put in another term...I get stuff done. I do not just sit there on my phone and pass time by. I actively engage with my client making sure all the tasks are taken care of and that my client is too.

For me, it's all about how well I can make you happy and comfortable. What can I do for you? How can I make your life better? I honestly enjoy helping and doing anything I can to improve the lives of the aging and disabled, because if anyone deserves the love and care, it's them.

When I was a young girl I used to visit my great grandmother in a Nursing Home. I remember I used to get so upset because she would always be lying in bed with a soiled diaper, food on her face from the previous meal and just neglected. I didn't like seeing her that way. When I was old enough I became a CNA . My great grandmother was my motivation. I devoted myself to learning all that I could about being a CNA and caregiver. Helping others who are ill and in a vulnerable state live the best life they can with dignity is my mission. I am passionate about what I have been placed on this earth to do and that is to serve those who are unable to care for themselves. That is what I am most proud of and what I enjoy the most.

I'm a very personal person. I love having conversations and getting to know people. I believe that no matter what age a person is, they deserve to enjoy life, smile every chance they get and always feel comfortable in their environment. My mother had two hip replacement surgery and I watched her struggle to gain her mobility back and how frustrated she was, because she wasn't able to move around normal. I did my part by making sure whatever she wasn't able to do; I was there to do. That was one of those experience that I realized how important it is to have someone with a caring heart around.

Hello, My name is Montoya Crawford. After helping my mother nuture and care for my now 20 year old, down syndrome sister, I've come to realize caregiver (nursing) is where I really want to be. I Love helping people and making them better. Helping people is something that has become second nature. One thing that I love is putting a smile on my mother's, face. Helping her, when she needed the help and spending the time with my baby sister. It's crazy to say, but I've spent time in school, probably trying to accomplish getting into a career, other than the caregiving (nursing). I am a health care worker. I work as a Pharmacy Technician at Publix Pharmacy. My work involves, giving patients their shots, filling prescriptions, data entry, request refills medications for patients, customers service, maintaining the pharmacy, cleaning, restocking and inventory.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I understand the patient. I love working with people especially the elderly and those who can't do for themselves. Hi! I became a caregiver when my grandfather became terminally ill and facilities were not an option we desired. I remember as a teen going to the local nursing home to simply visit with some of the elders and pass out fruit baskets during the holidays. I became a CNA in 2006 and enjoyed knowing I alone made a difference in someone's everyday life. Although my certification has expired, I am currently CPR certified and have, up until recently continued care giving because I thoroughly enjoy it. I am a 40 year old mother of 4 and recently obtained a college degree in Criminal Justice. Although I am pursuing a higher degree, I want to continue caregiving until so. I give nothing less than the highest form of respect, care and understanding to the entire family as this is what I would want for myself and my loved ones.
