I am Ashante Warren. I enjoy working with and learning from my elders. I pride myself in how passionate I am about caregiving. I come from a loving family of aides and I am blessed with a nurturing spirit.

My personality traits are being my self, Very outgoing, Loving and caring, Passionate about everything that comes in my life. What attracted me to being a caregiver was watching my Grandmother. She owned her own assisted living company. She also was a foster mother. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is that I am able to be there for someone who can count on my energetic, passionate, caring, Loving self. Taking care of someone loved one is very important. I'd take care of anyone without question. That how my heart works. One of my personal achievements is becoming a mother. It was the best gift I could have ever gotten in this world. Loving and caring for them is amazing and being called Mother will forever make me proud.

I am compassionate, caring person by nature. I was drawn to caring for others at a very young age, my childhood dream was of being a nurse. I have been a companion, where my duties were to simply watch over and interact, have been an in home caretaker. My experience encompasses both in home care, hospital care and assisted living care. I am honest, trustworthy and dependable. I have cared for stroke, dementia and cancer clients. I find that people of all ages are interesting and deserve the utmost respect.

It is important when providing home care that the caregiver is attentive to the needs and changes that are taking place. By being attentive, That I will notice when there are emotional or physical changes in the person that I am caring for.You enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoyed taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way. I like older adults and feel I can get along well with a variety of elders. I like making someone smile and doing little things to make a person's day better. I take pride in my attention to detail. I don't want a desk job; I like being physical in my job and using my body as well as my brain. I am seeking a career with growing opportunities. Making a connection with my resident / patients when I step into the room they light up.

My personality traits are being very patient with my patients and taking my time with them to make sure their needs are met and being very compassionate. Having sick family members attracted me to this field and when i see others sick it makes me think of my family and how i would want them to be treated when they are getting care. what i enjoy the most about being a care giver is making a good impact in others lives, giving them smiles on their face knowing that they're in good hands. personal achievement im proud of is how far i've came with schooling and taking this cna class that i loved and enjoying taking care of propel

I believe that I am a great caregiver because I treat people the way I would like to be treated. With compassion and with care adding love! I believe when I took care of my mother, it was a privilege because not everyone can be a caregiver. I enjoy most about being a caregiver because I feel that it is rewarding on a daily basis. I enjoy it mostly because I feel that I can be helpful and patient. Overall, I treat people the way I would want to be treated.

Its something that I have always been interested in taking care of people can be fulfilling knowing that you are able to help some one in need or just to be there to listen to them and show that you genuinely care about the client and his/her feelings. I am proud of the person I have grown to be and was raised to be that is honest, hardworking, loving and sincere. Helping others is something that was instilled in me by my grandmother I did volunteer work for multiple community programs helped the elderly in and out of the neighborhood since I was 12 I would keep there homes clean, do laundry, and fix there meals. I have always been the type of person to help if I see someone in need of my help. Being a caregiver means a good deal to me I wanted to be in a position were I could possibly touch someone's life and I feel I went in the right direction with healthcare a lot of the client's I have dealt with I was all they had to depend on to help them. The elderly clients I have come across have no family members left alive to help them in their transition. When your in it because you love what you do and care about helping others not because you were told you could make a lot of money makes a difference in your treatment of others and work performance. I take pride in how well I treat others and in all that I do and strive to do better than the day before.

I became a caregiver simply because I love to help people in need. It makes me feel like I'm doing something right in my life when I can give back by helping. My favorite thing about being a caregiver I would have to say is the relationship I create with my residents or patients. They learn to trust me and I learn how to better care for them everyday. One of my personal achievements would be being favored by my residents or patients and even some family members. That really let me know that I must be doing something right with the way I care for them. If I had to tell you anything about myself it would be that I am a perfectionist in my work and I strive to do the best job I can in everything I set my mind to.

I became a caregiver because I love being able to help those in need of assistance and who are unable to do for themselves. What I like about being a caregiver is, knowing that I a am who families depend on to take care of their loved ones. I love being able to interact and putting smiles on my patients face. Hello, My name is Rebecca Monahan. I am 21 years of age, i have one little boy who will be 3 soon. I'm currently attending college and still in the air of what i want to get my degree in. I currently has an associate degree in arts, plan was to then get my bacholers in Consuling for abstants abuse. But thoughts are changing as of now. My full time occupation as of now, I am a home care aide for a 84 year old lady, and I have been taking care of her during the night. I have really enjoyed my time as a aide and being able to feel like im needed is such an amazing reward, knowing that i can help.

Hi, I have over 12 years of experience working with Seniors with the last 2 years working as a home caregiver. I think it's important for our seniors to stay in the home they love for as long as possible, and giving their family peace of mind knowing their loved one is safe and secure in their home.
